When you say pay to withdraw, do you mean you have to upgrade before you get paid?Nope...I've not been paid from the site....Its been nearly two months since i requested for the payout which even required one-time 2$ fee to enable the Payout button...And I even doubt all the payouts they are displaying the forum is all fake....
