I do not recommend any one joining Magical Mailer. I got my account suspended just by putting the subject line of an email as "Your account has been suspended". A lot of the subscribers to the mailer thought that the head line meant that there account with magical mailer was suspended, but if they had just read the body of the email it said " YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE SECRET MONEY SYSTEM MAY HAVE GOTTEN SUSPENDED". The subscribers jumped to conclusions after seeing the subject and never took the time to open and read the email. Therefore thats why I say that I do not recommend anyone to join Magical mailer. My account is still suspended right now,but I don't care I wasn't making any money any ways plus there are lots and lots of other mailers to join.

Well!  As Jerry said, it is against the general rules on most of the mailers.  Same thing might happen if you are to use that subject line at other mailers.  Just contact the magicalmailer owner, apologize that you would never do it again.

Every safelist has its own rules and you must to respect them, otherwise you can be banned.

Read with attention what you cannot put in the title and in the body, that's is! :)

I hear what you are saying, but like I said the subject had absolutely nothing to do with the particular mailer it was just a subject pertaining to the program I was promoting. I did not do it on purpose to scare people ,to be honest ,it never even crossed my mind that the subject would be taken to heart. I am an honest person whom does not intentianally deceive people unlike some of the unscrupulous people whom deceive people on a daily basis. If the admin Mark Fox visits this forum then I apologize to him and all of his subscribers. It was not done to deceive anyone I do not work that way. .

...who's Mark Fox?

Intent matters when i comes to ethics but in advertising, intent really doesn't matter. I think your subject line was borderline but it depends on the rules of that safelist - they have the ultimate say in what's allowed/not allowed.

Hustle. Do everything in your power to reach beyond your goals.

Mister, Magical Mailer is #2 source of my traffic and I am happy to be member of this site.

In fact, MM is not guilty because you didn't respect the rules. With such a title of the message I can do a heart attack.

I'll do not promote safelists with less than 1,000 emails once. A litle exception: this forum, that is our host for free discussion.

The same considerations for safelists with 3-5 links to surf at a time. This is for the messages which appear tens times in all safelists, but I want to take the credits. What for is necessary to stay and see the same message everytime it appears on a safelist?

I am thinking to put a post to my blog with all things I don't like, as an open letter to the safelist owners, and to invite all subscribers and owners from my safelists to comment.

What do think, is a good ideea?

The only people who are going to read any emails are new people online very few outside of that will actually read or be interested in the content.

There are a lot of people who read with interest some mails, but you mustn't expect to make surfing a guru :)

My pet peeve about safe lists is the use of credits.  When I have 250,000 credits and can only send to 350 people, it is frustrating!  Of course I am referring to free members in this case.  Sometimes the money isn't available to upgrade.  And yes, I could just stop clicking links in email ads, however, I find them a way of seeing whats new and how other people are writing their ads and what they are advertising.

Just to clarify,  I wasn't referring to this site lol  and I do understand how come the site owners limit mailing to free members.  The question that comes to mind would be, Do you think Free Members click more email links because they need the credits?  As a free member, how many safe list would you have to belong to to see results?

I have more than a 100 safelist and I am surfing only it is need to send an email. I am not interested if I have in my inbox 5,000 emails from a safelist, if I have only 500 emails to send, I surf only for 500 credits.

I think that many people is acting in this way, otherwise I don't explain why the CTR is so small!!!

Exactly. Sites need to have a balance between how many mails users receive and how many credits they receive from those mails. If there are too many mails or users receive so much credits they don't need then they lose the incentive to read more.

Thanks for the response.  One hundred safe lists sounds overwhelming though.  Don't know how you manage to keep up with that many?  That must really dilute your time for doing other things that may be more important?  Would it not be better to belong to fewer and send more from one mailer?  Possibly by upgrading?

Well!  Convert credits to banner or text impression when you more credits.  But 250k is too much to have.  Would not it be nice if members are given an opportunity to convert their credits for an upgrade?

This would be very, very useful!!! Good idea!

I prefer the sites that allow converting credits to impressions. But some of the conversion rates are pretty sad. For example 1 mail credit for 5 banner impressions.

I don't understand why some owners of safelists are not interested in their business. They don't look what the competition do?

They didn't hear about increase ratio to credits for surfing, about prizes, contests, rewards and commissions?

There are a lot of safelists with a very low number of members (200-500) and this numer is static for a long period. Many of them are not updated, there are incompatibilitis between scrpts, it's imposibble to surf credits with speedy solos or alien mails.

They are giving 1-5 credits for a surfing and ... very fun ... they allow to send an email after 3-5 days(!?!?)

In these conditions their list will be dead in a short time!!!

And, even more ... some of them have the word "viral" in their names! :D
