Q. If safelists don't work, why do they exist?

A. They exist because the person who runs the safelist gets to send a lot of ads. They can mail the entire list anytime they want. But more importantly, they get to reply to every registration with an ad. And since they usually require you to confirm your registration before you can send email, they know that your address is valid.

WARNING: Some safelist owners will sell your confirmed email address to others.

They market their blog so that they can get readers, and make a profit from their blogs. Marketing their blog means to get it out there so that others that are interested in it can find it and read it. It is also a great way to sell things by using affiliate links and programs. Blog marketing can very well become a home business if that is something that you are interested in.

Having a home business by blog marketing would definitely entail that you have more than one blog. If this is something that you are considering, you will want to make a list of markets that your blogs can cover. You will find that your blogs will do best when you only have one market per blog. For example, if you have a blog about cats, you will not want to include anything on the blog about kitchen appliances. This is because the readers that read your blog and visit your blog to learn more about cats and what you have to say about them will not be interested in learning anything about kitchen appliances. Once you have overcome the relevancy issue, you will be ok. You can however, have a blog about pets, and then blog about all of the many pets that you want to include.

In order to make a living by blog marketing, you need to know every aspect of it. You need to know what needs to be done to get readers to your blog, how to write about the things that you are promoting and how to get it up in search engine rankings. Doing so will lead to successful blog marketing and making a home business income with it.

One big aspect of blog marketing is SEO. SEO is search engine optimization and it consists of optimizing your blog so that the search engines will find it and rank it as high as possible. Which also leads to more traffic and leads from your blog. If you do not have time to learn SEO, and apply it to all of your blogs, hiring someone to do this for you might be something that you want to consider. Especially if time is an issue.

Outsourcing much of your work is something that you will need to get used to if you plan on making a substantial amount of money with your blogs. You may want to hire bloggers or writers that can write the content for your blogs, and someone else that can leave comments on other blogs with a link back to yours. Spread out all of the duties on a spread sheet and decide how often each thing needs to be done for each blog. Doing so will help you to be more organized and know what you need to do when, as well as prioritize. Using a spread sheet will also help you to keep track of who is doing what, and keep you from asking more than one person to get one job done.

Blog marketing for a home business is not much different from any other home business. You are going to get out of it what you put into it. If you only put in a couple of hours a week into your blogs, you can not expect to make a full time income with them. However, being consistent and working on your blogs every chance that you get will pay off in the long run. You will also discover that there is no better feeling in the world than owning your own home business, and working for yourself.

Just remember to start small, and work hard. That is all you need to become successful at blog marketing and make the income that you are dreaming of. All of your hard work will pay off if you are persistent and keep it up.

When I first heard the term blogs ... blogging ... etc. I thought it was a silly name and didn't really pay much attention to it. Then I noticed a lot of people were doing it. If they were all using blogs, there had to be something to it -- or at least you would think so.

Now I totally see why blogging is so important. Not only can blogs be used to tell people about services and products you use, blogging can also be used to build your name recognition.

I am probably not blogging the right way (if there is even a "right" way), but I'm trying to make sure the things that I sell are in the search engines. For instance, I'm in one of the diet product MLMs (Skinny Body Care). I created a blog specifically for that business. I also did that with MCA.

By having blog posts in the search engines, someone is likely to end up on one of them and buy or join something I'm writing about.

I am not much of a writer, so my blog posts are mainly ads with more information tucked into them. It may not be perfect, but it's helping me to get sales. I guess that's important when you work online for a living.

How are you using blogs? If you aren't using blogs yet, why aren't you?

I'm just not sure what is more effective in the long run. Some bloggers update older articles with new information regularly and some bloggers only publish new articles weekly.

Which way would you choose and why if you could only take one of the two approaches? Have you seen improved traffic or rankings due to existing post updates?

Over the last few months, I've been working on the content for Brisbane Metal Recyclers, a local scrap metal recycling company in Australia, and we've been trying out various kinds of blog content to see how they work.

We've tried blog posts, FAQ posts, customer stories as of yet. It takes a while for some posts to gain initial traffic, and some of these posts keep drawing traffic for years.

I also have observed that answering real customer queries which yields more useful content as compared to writing around keywords, but still testing it out.

I'm curious to know what everyone else is doing this year.

What kind of blog posts is 2026 leading to the most organic traffic?

Do long-form articles still work, or have shorter, more focused posts proven to be more successful?

Have you had a recent change in content strategy and, if so, what's been the key factor?

I would love to hear what's working for other bloggers, content writers and business owners.

It is a natural extension of social networking sites. People even do “micro blogging” by posting updated information on Twitter. Granted it is not more than a sentence or two but it still keeps people informed. And that is what a blog is for, or rather, what it is intended for. So what do you blog about? Do you blog about your personal life? Do you blog about how work is weighing you down and you want to make a go of it on your own? Or do you use your blogs as ways to make money. It is very possible if you know some of the basic rules of blogging and get a little help.

The first thing you must accept if you intend to blog for money is that you have to keep to relevant topics. Blogging about the neighbor’s dog is not going to garner you a lot of interest or back links to make money. However, if you were blogging about a dog walking service and mention dogs in your neighborhood you may very well be on to something. You could even blog about dog products and services. Put in some relevant ads and use the right blogging service and suddenly you are getting some high ranking pages. That is money in your pocket. So, the lesson number one is to make relevant blogs. Keep your personal life just that personal; unless it is very relevant to your blog.

The next step is writing good blog content. You do not have to make it a lengthy diatribe on the effects of Kangen water systems versus tap water. You do not have to write an essay. A five hundred word blog is pretty sufficient and you can get a lot of information out in that amount of space. You just have to utilize the space efficiently. Make it informative yet engaging. That is what draws in readers. They like information but presented in a very informal way. A blog accomplishes this quite effectively. You have the opportunity to engage readers, keep them entertained and give them the information that they may be seeking.

If you really want to get great results with your blog — make good money and get lots of traffic — but you are not sure how to make it all happen, then you’ll want to check this out. You can cut down on your work load significantly by using something like Blog Blueprint. Blog Blueprint will help you boost your blog rankings (and traffic) immensely. Best of all, the entire Blog Blueprint tools and system is heavily based on ‘smart’ automation. What is ‘smart’ automation you ask? There are billions of articles that can tell you where you can find something that you are looking for. Now, not all of these articles are good quality, and it is also possible that some of them may contain wrong information. So, you have to be careful.

Most of these article websites contain user-submitted information and hence you may not want to take them as highly reputable sources of information. On these article websites, you will find articles on a wide variety of subjects, and some of these articles are really good. They are usually written by experts who know what they are talking about. Apart from the information itself, you are also likely to get a lot of personal opinions and tips, etc. through these articles which could show you a wholly different side of things. This is why articles are so popular. The writers of these articles also know how to make their articles keyword rich so that they are quickly picked up by the search engines. So, if anyone is looking for some kind of information through search engines like Google, then these articles have a very high chance of showing up. You can do that too. This is the way you can find information on the Internet.

But, there is a catch that you have to be wary of. One of the most important limitation of articles found on these websites is that they are almost always written for marketing purposes. You are likely to find a business link under these articles in an author’s bio box, which invariably follows all these articles. If you click on these links, you are taken to the business website of the author.

This can be good as well as bad. It is good because you can get more information on the website. You can get something substantial. You may be able to buy a good product at a promotional price or something like that. But, at the end of it all, the article becomes a marketing ploy and that is the reason you might find something lacking where their credibility is concerned.

At the end of it all, article directories are not bad. They carry tons of information on anything, but you have to look at their quality.

Install AMP on your site for optimal delivery of your content to mobile user - 85% of users are mobile

3.Connect your site to GOOGLE Analytics for analysing your visitors

4. Optimize your onsite keywords to match the interests and affinity of your site visitors

5. Avoid using traffic from surf exchanges and safelists. These offer too low a quality for traffic

6. Ensure you get some local traffic as well that is in line with the relevance of your Adword keywords.

7.Keep abreast of things and happenings in Google's webmaster community especially for adsense.

8. Continue to improve the quality of your website by applying the Adsense guidelines.

9. I have split up all the content over 4 websites because this blog was about 4 different niches.

I actually think if I would have just left that content as it is and just created new content I might have had a bit more fortune but I am not looking back I am looking forward. I am going over everything again whilst creating new content.

But I have created 70 articles now and my last 5 or 6 I have had ranked on google within 24 hours of submitting to Google Search Console and also one of these sites I am getting new sign ups for daily but this is what I need help with I am not making any money. Please if anyone could help me would be very grateful.

How Good is horse racing ?

I have been involved in horse racing since 1995. I believed in it's potential to generate income. A lot of people think otherwise. However, there are a lot of people that make money from horse racing so what separates the boys from the girls?

I see people looking at a paper and think they can select a winner in a few moments viewing.

That is possible if you are a seasoned professional such as myself. It is not possible all the time to do that.on a continual basis due to the nature of horse racing.

Horse racing is very rotational. That means things are changing from race to race. Weights change, going conditions, jockeys, the yard, venues etc. All of these characteristics impact upon one another.

Horses win by virtue.; Ground, amount of prize money, speed, experience, breeding and by preference.

The last one is dark horse territory. No matter how much information you have when a thing is decided you will see it in front of your eyes.

You might think you have the world against you but things can work in your favour. If you win more times than you lose then you have an upward trend. If you can get the one who wins and the one who follows him or her home then you are getting value for money.

opportunity is a bit like electronics, its has an on-off aspect to it. When you get a win, hold back because take back is on the corner.

I read in my travels if you want to succeed specialize.

When you get seasoned, you will get intuition because of the many times you see something. it is then you will be able to select

prices in double digits. That is when you can make a large surge. it is the place where compounding comes into its own.

That type of mathematics outdoes any doubt that others may have. You have to jump over a hurdle to get over the other side.

If you want a religion it is here. if your belief is in the wrong place you will lose money. it requires discipline you have to be informed and focused. You also need a following to get the momentum. Then you will make a hackneyed phrase become true. you will give the bookie a beating.

What first?
