It's a combination of many safelist that will get you a lot of results John. Mail to as many members as you can and as often as you can for each of the the safelist program you use. No matter if you have a free or paid membership.

As with most advertising, you have to be consistent with herculist. You can't be spotty or hit and miss. Even if you are a free member, you can still purchase solo ads. Consistency and persistence are the two keys that get results.

I don't know about coinbase base but I do use coinpayments. With coin payments it's no to complicated.
1. Click on the purchase button, click complete checkout.
2. Once you click complete checkout, a new window will open with steps to follow. For example, send 0.05 btc to adress bla bla bla.....
3. Once you have your steps to follow, log in to your coinpayments account.
4. From your account select the "wallet" tab. *Whatever coin you are using to make a payment should have a green "option" button next to it that you can click on. When you click on option, you should see a small drop down menu, select send/withdraw and send the required coins as mentionned in the steps to follow window.

I dont like TE's where you cant even see half of the page you are surfing. We all agree that the quality of visits on TEs isnt that good to start with, can we at least get some decent views on our ads.
