In response to your question on facebook groups:

 

My experience is that just posting ads to groups is not very efficient.  The "clicks" you get rarely lead to dedicated team members.  That said, actually networking in groups that are designed for connecting rather than posting can be quite successful, so look for the ones that don't allow links.

 

For me, the true value of social media is the ability to specifically target people (using the parameters that work for you) and reaching out to build relationships with your chosen audience.  My team has been bringing in 100+ people a week using this strategy.  Although the sheer number of people you communicate this way is lower, the quality (and conversion) is much greater.

Thanks for your advice! Seem like posting in Facebook groups is time consuming and less results!

I am going to be blunt here and I do not mean to offend. After all, I do still dabble with TEs, but I really do not see the value in Traffic Exchanges. I have tried for years now to understand how and why they survive and for the first time I have read someone make a comment that kinda makes sense. None-the-less, it all still mostly seems to me like everyone promoting the same old offers with perhaps the occasional unique and worthwhile product or service.

Of course it has to be said though that there are also some very clever and innovative Traffic Exchanges that have stepped beyond just surfing for credits. My big concern as a paying advertiser would be am I getting my monies worth if people are just mindlessly clicking for credits to promote their own offers.

 

Maybe I am missing something still...

I feel you! Seem like to me people surf to get traffic to there site but no sign ups!

Lead Lightning is a lead generation system! You paid one time 7 dollars. It suppose to have autoresponder, you get landing pages and other marketing tools. I'm wondering if it a scam?

I join them! I just don't trust that site for some reason.
