Having been sucked in with OTOs before even being able to login & test drive the product/platform (silly me!) the FREE or "freemium" business model is a great way to work out whether paying for an upgrade, suits what one is looking to get out of it.....

I think you have to join related group for your site for better conversion rate.

Yes I agree, horses for courses.... there is an awful lot of "noise" in some FB Groups.....

I have been burnt several times with Lifetime Upgrades & will never buy another, with the exception of sites by Maryanne Myers, where I not only get great advertising but also get PAID regularly!

Try picking a ClickBank or similar platform product, that you have bought, liked & use yourself, I do quite well using this method as I can speak honestly with confidence when asked about it....

One has to be VERY choosy when choosing Solo Ad providers.... you need someone with a proven track record like Maryanne Myers....

Personally I won't buy from "faceless" people, an avatar is fine as long as it's consistent across all platforms but a blank space is a no no for me....

I think it very much depends on HOW you use SM for marketing & choosing the right one, depending on WHAT you are promoting....

Safelist marketing always gets better results for me......
