Yes the most common is PayPal, but if you need an alternative I am able to pay through Payza or Bitcoin as well.

You can check it out here. Essentially you earn what are called zubees and can redeem them in their marketplace. You can earn zubees through coins that are installed across many different websites. Yea I have noticed the same thing most of the time, I think it is not always though. I think it is because they display while surfing and if the timer is low people don't even have a chance to see those ads, they are clicking too fast to notice the banner or text ad.

Oh you mean earning affiliate commissions promoting an autoresponder? (getting customers for an autoresponder?) That is a tough one because many people seem to refuse to realize the importance of using one, if they do they probably already have one, but I promote GetResponse and make a small amount from that for people who didn't already have an autoresponder and decide to stick with it. It's definitely a side promotion though - not something you'l make a living promoting

I guess I wasn't around that early, I don't remember ever getting notifications from clickbank.. odd that they would remove it? Seems like something that should be done.
