Once you've put in the work to build your team that work will be rewarded as your team generates traffic for you. The bigger the team you build, the better the results you will see and the more hands-free automated traffic you will receive in the long run. But if you don't put in a little work to promote the program initially it's obviously not going to produce any traffic for you.
