Curiously, I had just spoken to him on the phone in England the month before and had no hint that anything was wrong. I tried calling him again and got no answer. I assumed that health issues must have been the issue but I have not been able to find anyone that knows what happened to him. I contacted Paul Kinder, one of his business partners, telling him that I was concerned about him but he never replied. I wonder if he may have died.
