There could be any one of a number of factors. Your ad, your product, the demographics you are targeting, etc. If you haven't done so, you may want to try split testing your ads to see which one gets the most response. When you determine that, you may wish to tweak it some to improve your responses. Secondly, is your product in demand? Is it a high demand product or no? Finally, the demographics: Here I can only suggest that you expand your targeted demographics. this part can get tricky and expensive, so I would urge a tight budget till you get this worked out. did you run A/B test? actually if you can spend that money, i prefer lifetime membership rather than paying ads or you may try google adsense instead use the adwords tool first.

Spend hundreds of dollars in Bing Ads with lots of impressions and clicks but no sales...what could be wrong?
