So if you reach the minimum payment on June 23, you will be sent payment sometime between July 1-15." However, time passed. I never got paid. I submitted support ticket regarding this. They asked me to "confirm account". What they mean by "confirm account" is to pay them to order for "cashout". How ridiculous is it? You need to pay them in order to withdraw your earnings! Many people upgrade in these programs to add a guaranteed traffic source to their sites. IT boosts article and blogs so they rise up in Google/Bing SERPS.
