Sincere Praise, How best is it Done?

I am sure you have heard the famous quotation by Dale Carnegie “Remember that a person’s name is to that person, the sweetest and most important sound in any language”. 

 

People especially enjoy their names attached to pleasure, praise or reward. There is little that is more motivating then genuine praise given publicly. But in-genuine praise is only a little less destructive than public humiliation. 

 

How do you encourage and Praise the people on your team, in your downline?
