Getting Traffic from Login Ads

Has anyone used login ads from traffic exchanges and safelist mailers to get leads and sales for their online business offers? And if yes, what traffic exchanges and safelist mailers are you using?

Login ads are some of the best traffic in my experience. I don't have any specific sites to recommend, but if you compare pricing, the traffic itself should be incredibly similar for all the sites.
