Is anyone having any problems with ViralAd Store?I was trying to do credit emails and it gives me this message: SELECT member_level, is_elite FROM t_users WHERE nIdU = '56576'Access denied for user 'viralad1'@'localhost' (using password: NO) I tried to sign into my account and it gives me this message: SELECT * FROM t_suggestions_products_settingsAccess denied for user 'viralad1'@'localhost' (using password: NO) Since I cannot sign in I cannot ask them. This happened last week then yesterday it was fine and now today same thing. I have cleared my cache, cookies, history, and restarted my computer, no difference.Can anyone help my with this? oldbuddy Posted October 2, 2015 Report Share Posted October 2, 2015 These errors are generated by the server they are using as a result of the script that drives the website and there is nothing you can do but wait to see if they fix it (like they did before). ViralAdStore.com Posted October 6, 2015 Report Share Posted October 6, 2015 Yeah sorry! We're moving to a new server and hosting company this evening. What a nightmare the last few days have been. Everything was going smoothly and then our host decided to do a routine 'upgrade' and totally screw things up. They managed to recover everything after 2 days and they gave us a new server only for it to be a different spec. To cut a long story short we've cancelled the contract and are now on the move...
