Hey Everyone, My name is Steve and I am excited to be a part of this forum to both learn and contribute. I am currently living in the Philippines, however, I am originally from my Mom and Dad....Ok, seriously, before I moved to the PI, I lived in San Diego, CA for 40 years. My professional career consisted of working in the vocational rehabilitation industry, serving persons with disabilities in their journey toward financial independence. This was/continues to be my passion. I am an alumnus from SDSU with an M.S. degree in Rehab Counseling/Emphasis in Deafness Rehab. My role throughout the years varied, including Rehab Counselor, Employment Specialist, Job Developer, Program Manager and Consultant. Ironically, In 2020, SSA found me qualified for disability benefits. Having served 100s clients whose disabilities were much more severe than mine, I knew I couldn't just sit around and twiddle my thumbs all day. I decided to start my own business that continued to focus on the disability community. Using my existing skills and experience, I took on the role of Financial Coach and started Shofar Consulting Services. Due to the nature of the industry, I also decided to dive into learning as much as I could about starting and managing an online business. I figured this industry would be perfect for PWDs based upon two characteristics: 1) The physical requirements are extremely minimal 2) The start-up costs are minimal. Five years later...I still consider myself a beginner. My experience is not much different than many successful online entrepreneurs, so I have not given up hope. How are you? I've seen you quite a bit on SFI. I just learned about Marketing Checkpoint today after registering with Prosperity Marketing. I started looking into online marketing back in 2019 when I signed up for SFI under Stone Evans.
I haven't been as successful as I'd like...and I accept full responsibility for that. I have a lot of knowledge in my head about this business, however, I've finally learned that the key to success with this business...and really, everything else... is consistency. I'm committed to changing my pattern of hopping around like a bunny rabbit.
I really respect the tone of confidence that you portray on SFI. I know some people interpret it as arrogance, however, arrogance is an issue of the attitude and heart. Only God can judge that...no one else. Looking forward to mutual success!

So I am new to this, and I have a serious question for whoever has the heart to answer with honesty and integrity. What is it about this type of marketing that makes me think that it's not the most honest type of work to get involved in? You have all these people that offer you all kinds of amazing things products system to help you out and in the end, it is just another lie that they sell. I've Bought and invested so much time and money, and I still cannot get what they offered even after all directions were followed and every video was watched why is it that it just isn't happening for me. If anyone can help me understand please enlighten me. it would be appreciated very much
