I have just retired and so have plenty of time to spend online. I chose to move to the Philippines so the I am not distracted but then I found other distractions :-) I guess I am spending on average around 8-10 hours a day on my business and there never seems to be enough time to do everything I want to do. My method is to focus on one thing at a time and at the moment it is safelists and traffic exchanges. I am not sure I understand Marketing Checkpoint yet but I'll keep playing.. Regards, Bob.
