Its a Scam, it joins you automatically by just clicking the link in mails, and you start receiving, mails from Sponsor, and all sort of spam mails You have earned XX amount, even without clicking anything or doing anything and not even joining. The mails continue even after deleting the account. Better to stay away and dont share any details with them.

Empowr is a big scam, I got a mail from a Known Person whose list I am subcribed to, and when I clicked the link on his mail, I started getting mails from empowr.

Google Search, everytime can never be the best way to evaluate a site, as most of the search results would be for Blog Posts, which marketers made to bring in referrals, which are always goona be before the site had issues of not paying or Admin/Owner not Responding.
