Wow Darren thanks so much for turning me onto your site Build My Downlines! When I asked you the other night about doing a site with this concept, I had no idea this kind of marketing actually existed, and you run it. That is too crazy, and it is even way better then I would have dared hope when I was trying to put the bug in your ear about starting something like this. That is just so wild I'm so glad I asked you. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. I have posted my first offer and done my first offer now. I'm very excited this is nothing short of absolutely brilliance Darren. The Referral Exhange concept is amazing, brilliant!! I'll going though the ads and joining tons of great programs and getting paid valuable credits just for joining sites. I've joined hundreds of sites before, now thanks to Downline Builders I'll get paid credits for joining sites and then use those credits to pay other people to join my sites. People will have a much closer look around if they've joined my site than just looking at website. Even if they only join to get the credits, once they've joined and gotten inside, they will have looked around if if they like it they may do something with it. If I liked it others will too. My Goal is to get 20 signups to my program in the next 4 days. If my experience at the other Referral Exchange is any indication, this is going to be easy. I got 43 signups in just a few days. That was incredible! And Build My Downlines is a much, much better system. So that's it in a nutshell. I will keep you all updated on how many signups I'm getting. I am aiming to have gotten and would love to hear of other people's experience with "Build My Downline". Is it as good as I'm sure it is? I just wanted to write this post as an honest, impartial review of Build My Downlines, and not make it into a sales post because that's not it. And you're right my hope in writing this was that John would see that my intention was not nasty I just felt it very necessary to write and am hoping that it will help. @ Celia that proves my point exactly thank you I appreciate that very much. I wrote a pm to John to give him the head's up that I wrote this I really didn't want to offend him. John Bell has some brilliant sites and is usually so fast to respond which is exactly one of the reasons i was so distraught about this because he didn't seem to get it. There is actually a guy on the chat there that goes by Cyborg and was being really rude to me on the chat for just talking about the chat feature and acussing me of spam and everything and then he blocked so i couldnt see his messages and when i posted something he would slam me but i couldn't see it and other people were defending me and pming me and i didn't even know it was happening and then some people said that Cyborg is John. I asked him but he didn't answer my question so i didn't know if this was John doing this and then my linking was blocked, so that is also why i was so distraught about all this and actually thought i might get kicked right off Traffic Swirl, cause if Cyborg is John Cyborg really doesnt like me for some reason just because i mentioned tasks a few times, not even a link just talking about the feature and bragging on it and trying to get people using it. But good news is that my tokens were credited back to my account so I can go post some more new tasks. I was wondering what people think of Traffic Swirl. I've had an experience this week unlike any I've ever had before, and it might get me kicked out of Traffic Swirl, which would suck because I think the site has amazing potential and has gotten me some results over the past few days that are unlike any I've ever had or heard of before, yet that being said, some of the membership and managment of the site seem bent on limiting and even destoying the usefulness of what is the most poweful feature of the site and most powerful system I've ever seen in the world of traffic. The idea of earning tokens from other members, by performing various tasks for them (such as viewing an ad, selling some of your extras for tokens, and even signing up to their program) so you can then turn around and pay your earned tokens to others in exchange for them perfoming tasks for you (such as signing up to your program, viewing your site, liking your page, commenting on a blog, signing up for your list) It is a brilliant idea and works amazing!! I had over 40 signups this week to various programs and actually earned money and met a lot of really great people. BUT THERE IS ONE FATAL FLAW! The management themself doesn't seem to see how great this is and everything I I seem to be having to FIGHT TO USE THE SITE. Its crazy. I spoke about my tasks in the chat and basically got flogged by a few members. I tried to promote my task in the token ad section then, which I was willing to pay to promote the task, and to promote my task in the traffic exchagne and suddenly my own ad within the site is banned from there too. Its just nuts. I am willing to DO tasks too, even willing to do paid upgrades, but i've done all I can do and there is none left for me to do to earn tokens, because hardly anyone in the membership is using this powerful aspect of the site and offering tasks.It's crazy but I'm beginning to understand why. The task feature is actually frowned on. Imagine creating a dynamic amazing way to not only drive traffic for the membership but actually get signups for the membership, and then frowning on that element of your own site. My site promoting my task got banned off the TE part of the site and I even got blocked from posting a link on my own profile! And you can't edit your own ad or take it down. Up to a few days ago after begging we COULND'T EVEN SEE WHAT YOUR AD WAS. Once it was posted you know its a task offering tokens to do something, and if someone did the task we had 72hour to approve it, but you couldn't even see what it was! I approved a couple blindly only to discover later that they hadn't actually done what the task required (one didn't sign up to my site at all and claimed 1100 tokens, the other signed up to my offer as a silver but my terms was to sign up as Gold and I paid her 15,000 tokens). At least now you can see what the offer is once its posted. My emails aren't getting answered either now and I've asked to cancel a bunch of my tasks that aren't selling so i could get my tokens back and use them elsewhere on the site, I spent $200 buying those tokens, and its been days and i can't cancle the task myself and i'm not getting any help. Its crazy. So I hope i dont' get kicked of Traffc Swirl but if I do its not good to me anyway the way it is. Hopefully other site owners or someone with programming access will take note of this idea and run with it because nobody else is doing this token system and it could be brilliant if it was run properly. Darren, looking for a new project perhaps? hint hint lol. This could actually fit in really great with Marketing Checkpoint and make it amazing!! Just throwing it out there. If I had the money and network i would for sure do a token exchange site myself.... So sorry JB if this offends you or anyone else involved with Traffic Swirl. Honestly I don't mean to I think you're brilliant John and I am an upgraded member at several of your sites. I'm hoping this will see change happen at Traffic Swirl so that tasks are applauded and supported and promoted and a very important part of the site, not buried away and people dissuaded from using it. IBO Toolbox is a great site and the only one of its kind in my opinion offering these kinds of tools to get your message out, build your brand, promote your websites, build your social networks, meet people, build your brand, etc, etc. And it's all free. And by using the site (writing articles, posting videos, commenting on the community board, commenting on other members' posts, etc) you can earn advertising credits for various sizes of banner ads that you can post all over the site.. You can also buy additional advertising if you want for very low cost.

In my opinion getting traffic is never free. You will either pay for it in dollars or in time. And to me, time is money. I don't have much money at all. I'm just starting to make it now, but I started a few months ago with just a couple $10 upgrades and reinvested my earnings as seed money. I would rather pay for an upgrade (or views) at a great mailer or TE that has proven results, then spend hours and hours and hours surfing for those same credits. Don't get me wrong, I do surf too, but I have found it much more effective to pay $10 to buy 1-2000 views and spend the 5 hours it would have taken me to earn those views by socializing and blogging and building my brand... it is just more effective for me. Yep time is money. I have found I can spend $10 and make that back plus more, or I could take the entire day to work for the same traffic I could have bought for $10. That's a lot of work to save $10. This is a business and I find re-investing as much $$$ back into my business as I can has been the turning point for me.

Hey Glen thanks this is exactly what I was hoping for -great recommendations to mailers that are really producing results. I'm going to join Viral List Builder Plus through your link right now PS. Over the past couple weeks I've been getting 4-12% CTR at Booming Website Traffic & Mailer. The TE side of this site sucks.. (the credits don't get used) but the Mailer is amazingly responsive!

Hey Martin, I agree about cutting people slack and don't wish to sound harsh. I actually do try to not judge and to consider the possible reasons why there could be mistakes, before rushing to judgement. But in reality, it is imperative that an internet marketer always take the time to proofread their content, otherwise they will be a)losing salesb)adding a subliminal message to their brand that they don't wish to addThis is obviously a competitive industry and people want to follow intelligent, professional leaders. Grammar and spelling are the first indicators of whether or not such is the case. Thus, in most cirmstances grammar can, and will, have a huge impact on a marketer's success or lack thereof. Summary... it's very important not to make booboos lol

I use Viral Mail Profits daily to send out my mailings everyday. I surf Smiley Traffic daily because they give 3credits per view plus .03c per 100 views with botcatchers so I love this TE and it is the one make sure to use daily. IBO Toolbox (if anyone wants my affiliate link let me know) as I have found the interaction and response there to be great, and also my articles get a lot of Google love when I publish them on IBO Toolbox using their Press Release tool. I would like to see a great unbiased list of the best traffic exchanges and list mailers. There is so much junk out there perhaps this will help some people, esp newbies, find the best of the best. I agree i've quit a few sites that I was getting dozens of solo ads from. I didn't want to have to pay extra to send the solo ads myself but figured nobody was reading the credit links with so many solo ads coming in. Seems like i was on the right track.

In another thread people were equating MyTrafficPays to a ponzie. What about TrafficMonsoon? It is also a rev share so would it be considered a ponzie as well or is it more of a traffic exchange?
