  1. NO MARKETING ???? What is keyword research, market research and SEO then ? I think You make the mistake of thinking that "posting ads" and "marketing" are synonyms..... And to do this You FIRST NEED A SITE THAT IS ALREADY RANKED IN GOOGLE AND GETTING TRAFFIC How do You get one there without marketing ? Another problem is that Google will probably de-index You after a while because it will considder this "keyword spamming". And the fact that You get more visitors doesnt necessarily mean your SEO got better... Maybe You are still as effective as a year before, only the amount of people searching these terms has doubled ??? Because the higher number of searches still equals the exact same percantage of your visitors. In other words, your traffic from email and social networks has grown by exactly the same amount as your search traffic... And how much use do thesee additional visitors have for You ? If You loook at the list of related long-tails above for "online marketing" You will find "online marketing jobs, online marketing companies, online marketing institue". I think that most people typing in these phrases are looking for something else than your beginners guide to marketing. So they might click on your link and You have an additional visitor. But most of the time they will quickly leave because your content isnt relevant to what they intended to find... In other words: How much did SALES increase from getting 45% more traffic? You gotta be careful about adding keywords that do not really fit the focus of the searcher as google also measures how long people will stay on your site, how many pages they open on your site... etc. So bringing in a lot of traffic that leaves your site quickly because the content isnt really relevant to them can hurt your good rankings....

    SEO

Someone who isnt using title tag IS NO EXPERT.... He is not even a beginner... Because Title, Tags, HEadlines and Image Alt-Tags have been important on-page SEO since the beginning of search engines. So someone who doesnt add a title tag with his main keyword actually knows NOTHING about SEO. I agree with Your strategies but I doubt that they are enough to get a high google listing, because on-page optimization is what most people get right. Because it is so easy and has become less important... But to rank high ( at least for keywords with competition ) You will need to do a lot more nowadays. Google has changed the way it ranks sites dramatically and today they are looking a lot less at your backlinks and on-page optimization. What You need today is a natural looking amount of social shares and... TRAFFIC. Today google measures how long a visitor stays on your site, which actions he takes ( clicking links, watching a video... etc. ). The more people actually spend time on your site the higher google will rank it, because that shows them that people are actually using your site. If You only get visitors that will leave your site after 20 seconds then google will think your site is not worth visiting... This is one reason why I would never add my main website to a traffic exchange.... There is a site called PandaBot.net that offers a tool to increase these metrics. I dont know if it is still free.. used to be... You will get a tool that goes to google, performs a search and then visits other pandabot users websites and clicks on some links etc... This way You can increase your traffic and the average time a user stays on your site, the number of pages he visits on your site.... You can also exchange social signals like FB likes or tweets via this system. Be aware though that this is NOT a numbers game anymore... You will NOT rank if You have a site that gets 100 visitors a month but 10.000 FB likes in the same time. IT MUST LOOK NATURAL. So in this case a site with 100 visitors and 10 - 20 Likes would rank better because Google will know that the 10.000 likes are faked... The best way to get a good search engine listing today is to build the site for the users, not the SE spiders... If more and more people come to your site and USE it then google will automatically realize that people love your site and give You a better ranking. Because that is their ultimate goal. To present the users a list of sites that they will love! p.s.: No it's not.... You just need a boy, a girl and a warm bed.... And creating AN SEO can start...
  3. Haven't known about sendreach... Looks like they offer some pretty advanced features! But they got one that I HATE to see... List Import without confirmation requirement... It's great for people who want to transfer their existing lists I know... but it also opens the doors for spammers that use harvested email lists... And this will ruin their mail server reputation which will lead to lower deliverebility. I am also a bit undecided about their feature to gather data about your subscribers. I think I would find it spooky to discover that the list owner knows things about me that I haven't revealed to him... So it is a powerful feature but should be used with care. A lot of people are concerned about their privacy and might not like to be spied on...
  4. Forced Traffic ( people click to earn , not to see your site ) = LOWEST QUALITY TRAFFIC THAT EXISTS ! You can get 1000 times the traffic at the same price by using monetized URL shorteners like Adfly....
  5. This site is a SCAM ! As far as the screrenshots here are concerned... Can You use your own tracking links? You dont even know if You get hits at all... All You see are numbers on the screen inside the members area of a scam site.... Think "Twice Confirmed Traffic".... What additional proof do You need ??? How can the clicks NOT increase when You are sending to 7 times the recipients ??? Simple answer.... You would reach the payout in the first month and realize it's a scam when You dont get paid! The site has no business or contact info... The domain is registered anonymously for just a year... The site says countless times that it is "free" but the 10 day trial costs $10 immediately... The weirdest thing... The email marketing company they use has a free 7 day trial offer on their website.... So why do You believe the numbers in the members area when the site is lying to You about the cost ? The payment proofs are obviously faked... They are even coming from different companies... Even if they were true... That's how ponzi schemes work! Pay some people with the money You make from new members --> They will promote and talk a lot of new members in ---> Stop Paying and Run with the Profit! Here's what You should always do BEFORE joining any site: 1) Look for verifiable business address 2) Do a WHOIS query 3) Check Scamadvisor.com If a "business" hides in anonymity then DONT join it.
  6. Just ask yourself this question: How often do I go to twitter, read the tweets of others and join something through their links ? As far as traffic sources like mailers and TEs are concerned I think that it is not very useful to tweet your affiliate links... The only thing You achieve is to support the owners by creating social signals for their site. Because most people that are likely to join these programs will probably already be a member of some of these sites. They already see ads for all the new mailers and TEs on a daily basis. So they have no need for someone to inform them about this kind of site on twitter.... I would rather try to make a weekly tweet with a link to your blog and then post your results from these traffic sources there or make a helpful post about using them more efficently. And then You put a list of links to your 10 best performing sites or some new sites so people can join You.... Better think of social networks as content distribution networks than as advertising platforms....
  7. I agree to a certain point. Many people fail cause they just don't take ACTION. But many people are talked into dead matrixes in saturated markets.... Leadership doesnt help You then... You wont make sales in a saturated market... A MLM in which the average member gets only 1 referral per month will have signed up every human being on this planet in less than than 3 years.... Since Your average market will be significantly smaller than the population of the earth ( starving children dont buy diet pills ) and the leaders and some active members will get better results than 1 ref a month You will reach market saturation ( funny You never read this term on any internet marketing site ) a lot faster. This leads to a situation in which people who join for a paycheck and not only for the product can not succeed anymore no matter how hard they try... If they try they can make a sale here and there but there are not enough prospects left to build a large team. Every matrix has a bottom. Money is not made at the bottom. It's paid there! Every matrix is an exponentially growing system and ongoing exponential growth is impossible. That's a fact taht is mathematically proven ( as well as by means of other sciences ). Another reason is that many people fail because they dont have success. Sound weird? Well, lets be honest. Most MLM companies have competitors that offer the same or very similar product a lot cheaper ( because they dont have to pay commissions to thousands of people). Just look at GDI. $10 a month for hosting that is by far not the best... You can get better service for 5.99 So to sell GDI hosting YOu must sell the income opportunity. If You already succeeded in a nother MLM or have a team in GDI then You can honestly tell your prospects how much You make and how great GDI has influenced your lifestyle. But if You just start out and have no referrals it is hard to ( damn... looking for the correct english term for this...) represent success. That's why prospects seek the "leaders". They can act with much more confidence and can therefor convince more people that this will work. When they talk about success it sounds natural, when the newbie talks about success it sounds faked. When the "leader" tells people they can make thousands a month they believe it and want to be like he is. When the newbie tells them they can make thousands they think: "Yeah, keep dreaming boy and get a job".... So I think that sometimes the difference between making it big and failingis just a question of timing. Some people that would have made it if they joined at the top because they are willing to llearn and work will fail if they join too late. Thanks for that... Actually You are a spammer...
  8. This is not a problem of the email providers but a problem with the tools You use.... The cheap autoresponders that are only used by Affiliates and MLMers ususally are blacklisted by the email providers because they flood their servers with mails that trigger every Spam Filter and are full of affiliate links... It is also a problem today when Your autoresponder claims Your mail is coming from You@YourBusiness.com or someone@gmail.com while it is being send from massmailer@cheapautoresponder.com Some provoiders will not deliver mail that has a "faked" header information. Deliverability only depends on the reputation of the sending server and your content! In my experienc it is the best to not send any affiliate links in your list mailings. You get SPAM flagged and your readers unsubscribe when You send out ads! If they wanted to read ads they would have joined a safelist ! Only send them REAL content. Then let them click through to a website for more... There You can do pre-sellling and put your affiliate link... Increrases deliverability, Increases the time your subscribers stay subscribed, increases open rates and best of all: It Increases Conversions. DON'T sell... Help out! Don't force them or ask them to buy - ALLOW them to buy at the bototm of great content on your site !
  9. Good way to increase your exposure across more sites are coops... You can surf only your favorite exchanges, show the coop rotator there and get exposure from a lot of exchanges from other peoples coop rotator on those sites... It is also a great way of getting more traffic from many exchanges with just a single upgrade in the Coop
  10. I think this is a scam especially because of the fake testimonial Darren already mentioned and the fact that it is advertised through the same channels and with the same methods as "Twice Confirmed Traffic" since that confirmed scam disapperead. I suppose this is simply the next site from the same scammer. The domain is registered anonymously for just 1 year and there is no company info on the website... The site claims to be owned by Greg Stinton and Aaron Warner who for some odd reason are the only internet marketers without a LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter account or a blog.... Also You wont find any information that these two people have registered a company.... If some people here can convert some of those leads... Good for You but.... Rule of thumb says: You can earn $1 a month per lead on your list. Since these guys claim that their leads will convert MUCH better because they are filtered by "interest level" ( whatever that is - they dont tell You anything about it ) and You get 2100 leads a month You should be making at least $5000 a month!!!! When You only recover the fee and make a small profit then this is already proof that the leads are absolutely NOT of high quality. After 2 weeks You should already have a list of 1000 people that are "know as the highest converting". And You only make $100 ??? Even You take the advanced step of skypeing with them ? I suppose this guy is doing the same thing on all his sites: He goes to lead-king.net or some similar site that sells 1000 leads per day for 19.99 a month. Then he resells You these leads. 2100 leads a month for $30... Do the math... a nice profit
  11. What I dislike the most: Having to click through the same Upsells EVERY day when logging in.... Seeing tons of ads and solos for obvious Scams Not being allowed to use as many credits as I earn as a free member
  12. You can get one for free at freefollowup.com There are no 3rd party ads added and You can have unlimited subscribers and messages... but only 1 campaign If You have webhosting with the following features You can install a free autoresponder script called infinite responder: A web server (Apache or IIS)PHP 4.3 or greater (the 5.x series seems to work fine)MySQL 4 or greater (MySQL 5 is highly recommended)IMAP library is required for bounce and mail checkingCrontab for scheduled mail sendingYou can download this script here: http://infinite.ibasics.biz/ It has pretty much all the features of many paid services. When choosing an autoresponder You should also considder some points that many overlook. For example the reputation of the mail servers. Your mails are much more likely being flagged as SPAM when they come from a server with low reputation. I also noticed that the top services like Aweber have many features You wont see at ( for example ) trafficwave. When You try to join an aweber list with a "trash-mail" then it will block your request for many well known providers of disposible email addresses while I can even use a @trash-mail.com adress on trafficwave. And trafficwave doesnt offer responsive splash pages. Since 50% of internet traffic comes from mobile devices today this is a real problem. Most mobile surfers will not mess around with sites that are not mobile friendly. They wont zoom and scroll around on your optin page but simply leave.... You can of course build your own pages and make them responsive but it might be better to pay a bit more and have ready made mobile templates... Depends on how You will use your responder. All in all: You get what You pay for. There is a reason why aweber and GetResponse are still in business although they are far more expensive then many competitors...
  13. SEO is VERY important.... Because google is the biggest traffic source on the net. And not only the biggest. It is the source of the highest quality traffic. That is because BUYERS go to google and search for what they want to buy. They dont surf random pagese hoping to come across an adword ad about the product they are interested in. You will never get anywhere near the conversions of organic traffic with paid traffic sources. And it is just as scalable as paid traffic. You scale SEO by adding more content that targets more related long-tail and LSI keywords... Almost 60% of my search traffic comes from long tail keywords I didnt even think about until I saw that these terms have been used by my visitors. By optimizing a site for these keywords You can boost your ranking for them and get even more visitors via these keywords... And it is possible to know how much traffic You will be getting. It is pretty well documented how many percent of the users that search click on certain positions in the search. And google itself will tell You how many searches a keyword gets per month. So You can determine how much traffic You will be getting for reaching a certain position in the search results. SEO is not a shot in the dark! If You dont do blackhat SEO then getting penalized or delisted by algorithm updates is VERY unlikely... That only happens when You dont follow the rules... And the biggest advantage: It is free. Yes You have to spend some time and money on tools. But You need to do the same keyword research for paid traffic... Or are You blindly guessing what would be a good adword keyword. So paid traffic also takes time and money in addition to the actual PPC cost. A top listing in google will bring You about 28% of the searches as visitors.... When You target keywords that have 10.000 monthly searches You will get about 2800 visitors.... Just imagine how much 2800 clicks for the same keyword would cost.... So You can run many sites profitable with a SEO strategy that are not profitable when You have to buy the traffic...
