    I get all the traffic I need by offering others what they need (advertising) without directly advertising my products or services. For example, I prefer to use sites like FFA's Ad Boards. I like to see my ads listed after I add them. For example, when you arrive to the sites to post your ads to FFA's Ad Boards you will see the programs that I recommend without me advertising them directly. Most Adboard will allow you to add 3-5 of your own permanent ads which will stay near the top without rolling off. Plus, I like that people are not forced to click on ads that they're not interested in.

    The way I would use Traffic Exchanges: 1. Join a Traffic Exchange Downline Builder with about 20 programs are less. 2. I would surf about 5 or more traffic exchanges daily. Monday-Fri (Minimum) 3. I would promote programs that people can join for free with the option to upgrade. 4. I would promote the TE downline builder in the TE's to grow my downlines to leverage my time and efforts. 5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 Daily. Monday-Fri (Minimum)

    I agree, CashinOnBanners (CIOB) is outstanding. I like CIOB Reverse 2up Instant Pay Compensation Plan. I like that we have the option of upgrading members in our downlline for free as a upgraded member. The one-time fee is great and you make your money back on your first sale... Outstanding!
