  1. There were times when I used third party cloaking and redirects only to find out that something was clogged somewhere, and that is how it goes sometimes, when something gets broken. And so goes the campaign, money for nothing, clicks for free!

Then I decided to write my own html redirects by placing the redirected html (index.????) in a specific folder for a specific campaign.

Of  course it takes some work with text files but once you do it a few times, it is not that hard and it is usually always there as long as nothing is wrong with your own hosting account.

For multiple campaigns on the same url, use different folders. If you want to change any campaign tracking, just copy to another folder and delete the old one and done.

Do I still use third party cloaks and redirects? Yeah why not but when I have problems I just revert to using what I already know how to do without any interference from 3rd parties.

  2. I really like Elite Marketing Pro  and Pure Leverage

Both businesses have been around for a while and focus on growing as a professional business person as well as growing your own business online in parallel with the core business itself.

Basically both businesses help you understand how and what to do, to market any current or new business on-line and that is great for folks who do not have a clue how or what to bring their brick and mortar business on-line.

All you have to do is send traffic or in other words find and send qualified prospects to your links.

Of course I do computer support services for local clients and build web sites too, so it was just a matter of time before I found onine businesses that work in concert with what I already do.

  3. Niche????

I started out helping a programmer with a custom software app back in 1987-88.
I didn't know anything about computers back then but I could write so I wrote the end user manual.
That forced me to learn about computers and software. Back then I spent 5K for two screaming 6MHZ 80286 PCs.

One even had a big red button to get get to a whopping 10MHZ.

Since then, it was off to PC hardware school where I could graduate and make $7.00 an hour or roughly $3 less per hour than what I was already making.

Then there was programming...some Basic, some Excel, some batch files, some database and some headaches, yadda, yadda.

And finally in 1993 I decided to register as data processing consultant in my local area so I could get paid helping people with their computer related problems.

Then there was desktop support, field level tech support......as full time jobs while my little business rested.

Today i  support local businesses and homes desktops, software use, their websites and implement marketing solutions for them so they can focus on their business.

In summary I basically dug myself into a big hole and every so often I scream for people to throw dirt on me, so I can climb out.
Success is based on failure, I am a living example of that and I can't imagine doing it any other way.

See my bio for the official listings of where I have been and had to do and that is about it for my niche.
