Some have auto-credit assign while other you have to manually add the credits to your sites. Some have safelist features like sending emails. Most of these you can purchase login ads, but my favorite out of the ones above is Lords of Lothar because it has rpg elements, so while you surf you complete quests and earn currency towards gear which increase stats like surf bonus, Increase loot, and even increase your credits per surf. I surf at most 150 sites on each traffic exchange im signed up for or added to my favorite te's bookmark. I have surfed 1000 in one day on Lords of Lothar. Been getting some results, but it's important to entice the visitor with a lead magnet or nice capture page, squeeze page i found don't convert the best. You want to capture people's email.

There have been some good answers above, all i can add is if you have the money buy a solo ad from udimi or safe-swaps.com. But only use capture pages for this traffic method as if said visitor opt's in but doesn't pay for the business your offering it's still a win because you captured their email..

Honestly paid traffic is always going to be better than the free methods, but that being said im getting referrals frequently from free sources like, traffic exchanges, mailer, safelists and list builders. But im signed up to like total 200+ and have it auto assigned to my websites when i surf using Traffic Browser...I also everyday check my mailers to see if i have enough to mail...having a schedule really helps. When i've made enough money from free sources to pay for a solo ad will do this for sure, Solo ads if done right work wonders. My suggestion is use a capture page when sending solo ads, because you want to capture thier email addresses even if said person doesn't buy what your selling...Its a Win Win. - Here are some solo ad sources im currently using ---- Udimi - Safe Swap Anyways good luck and hope this helped

Wow great question!, I honestly look on the positive side of things, like if im promoting a business and im getting 1 or 2 leads a day even though thats the not the best, i tell myself its better than no leads at all and keep promoting..
