  1. Nobody enters a war to win just easy battles, they enter to win the war or they will lose the war. - Unknown
  2. Shaking my head and getting a nose bleed. Why do people fall for these scams? These don't even sound like they could be legit. It's like Empowr social network telling people they own then $2800 for the social media post they did but that they had spent $300+ and that needed to be paid by them to the network before they could cash out... They all have a few people who did get paid so they seem legit but when the numbers start dropping off there will be thousands of people losing hundreds or even thousands of dollars each. When a person or program tells you they owe you a big sum of money but you have to send money to them first in order to collect it is ALWAYS A SCAM!!!
  3. First off TripleClicks is not related to the rest of this rant in any way. Collecting earnings as a E-Commerce Associate or retail seller happens every Thursday after $20 in earnings are accrued. If you are an SFI Affiliate who referred sales to others your funds are held in a commission account until $20 in earnings are reached and then it is paid out by your chosen payout method. As to the program you started to list it sounds like a pure scam that very few people would actually fall for. I mean no company is going pay you $5 to $10 per click through when they could pay a legit advertising company like Google, Facebook, or Twitter 5-25 cents for the same bulk traffic. Or can pay a couple dollars for an actual conversion to an affiliate. It's like these sites offering you $25-$50 for free just join free and never upgrade and they will pay you $50 for each friend who joins free and doesn't buy anything. Real income requires work and not one program guaranteeing massive income and instant results has ever been able to deliver that promise. It's like a HYIP Cycler promising they cracked the formula and are now somehow legal and will pay you forever. Fall for it if you're a fool, recruit for them if you want jail time. Andy Zeus Anderson
  4. Thanks for the warning, scum like that make life hard on honest marketers and we need to step forward and out them instead of staying silent. Andy Zeus Anderson
  5. I prefer to make money instead of making pennies on the dollar for surveys that always seem to ask 50 questions all saleable data and then say you don't qualify for any survey's at this time. I have far better uses for my time in writing blog post which may be slower to get traction but pay far better in the long term. now that I have my own program site I can focus on building up my members and thus building up my earnings so I really have no time for them now. 6. Welcome Candi, just followed a few of your social profiles and look forward to more videos and blog post.
  7. I just did a review of Traffic Ad Bar Review at http://tomahawktraffic.ws/traffic-ad-bar-review/ and would love to get some feedback and hopefully blog comments on it. Excerpt: Type of Traffic to expect from this Traffic Ad Bar Review Traffic Ad Bar is a type of Free Website Traffic Generator known as a TAE or Text Ad Exchange. You have multiple options to show or view other member’s ads to earn credits and points used to display your websites. In the case of Traffic Ad Bar you will find multiple manners to show their ads on your sites to earn credits while advertising elsewhere. The first is a URL Mask every link added has a link assigned for.
  8. Facebook doesn't allow anything that sounds like Get Rich Quick, but product based marketing or legit online jobs do well. Never market whole communities as they require a ton of cash to reach just a few leads. Instead look for the people you really wish to join. Example; I want affiliate or network marketers with money to invest in a business and are serious about getting started. Keywords I could use: Business Start Up Under 15k real business opportunity under 5k franchise business from home under 5k start a business invest today make money in a low investment business Interest money, business, investment, start up,franchise You would target within a interest the people who are interested in the keywords you target.
  9. Facebook is an advertising medium for content, also known as native advertising. Not to sound harsh but anyone in advertising will tell you that the medium is almost never the problem, especially on such a huge network as Facebook. It's you. If you are paying $2+ for a click you are not targeting your ads appropriately. You are going after bulk traffic that big fish are already bidding up and will never keep up with their budgets. You need to find your buyers closer to their decision making process and focus them through a lead capture mechanism like your Facebook Fan Page where you can give them blog content that helps them choose your recommended solutions. Typically the same small marketer paying over $2 per click is also not funneling like I said above, and has no real list building, and is trying to promote products directly instead of promoting content that suggest products lightly as recommended solutions. 3 years and a ton of dollars and you say no results and I can use a fan page and make sales without even buying promoted ads, the promoted ads just help people discover great content that fills their needs and offers solutions that are realistic great matches. 10. Nothing, there is no sign up fee or upgraded membership, they are affiliate marketing at it's best. I recommend joining through our program at https://www.sfiadvantage.com but you can also join via http://www.trysfi.com if you just want the program and not the additional training, support and team build of SFI Advantage. Andy
  11. The thing I based the level of care on is the companies that sell you the high end returns and don't give you a realistic outlook at all. They tell you that 2,000 referrals later that are done on auto pilot once you find just 2 friends or family members will make you rich. I am with SFI and they are a company with a very solid plan and the ability to reach all of those heights but like you said they teach you how instead of promising you unrealistic results. Over 90% of companies in our industry either illegally go without a income disclaimer or try to hide it in small print with colors that nearly blend into the footer etc.. They want you sold on the potential instead of geared to work hard because hard work gets fewer affiliates than the allure of big bucks fast. They don't need 100 affiliates selling 15-20 units a month they need 10,000 affiliates averaging 1 a month so they hang 9900 out to dry with broken promises and just deal with the churn rate. Sure churn can be expected and a great deal of the churn is people with unrealistic expectations getting their 1 month wake up call and being disappointed when in month 3 they haven't done anything but lose money. Direct sales companies treat most affiliates better because they plan for success and give a constant support network but that is hard to find in network marketing as a whole. Andy
  12. The art is not in finding people to sell your products and opportunities too but in finding the value in those offers and getting in front of people looking for solutions to common problems that match. Do this and an endless supply of customers will flood in like gravity was drawing them closer to your site. Andy Zeus Anderson
  13. My favorite program doesn't just provide quantity but quality traffic which converts to active users. That is LeadsLeap which has a free membership where you select ads to view to earn credits to show your own sites, and a flat $27 a month to have unlimited advertising from free and Pro Ads. The reason this converts so well is people select your ads which shows interest in reading more. They also earn more credit for spending longer on the site so sites with a video sales letter or longer landing page do better there. You also have good leadership that reduces the number of scams you are competing with. I have found a few questionable sites there related to bitcoins but far less HYIP and other Ponzi Scams there than say an average exchange. That builds more trust in sites in the system. The best new feature is the Social Reviews program. It allows you to review programs like you would on sites like Yelp or Angie's List and have other users share their experiences and vote. It's another major step forward in the process of selecting programs that have limited chance of failure, strong upside, and are trustworthy. The original poster's affiliate link is rotated with links of reviewers and a higher rate of link share is afforded to pro users making these powerful reviews profitable reviews as well. 15. When you use ANY Free website you are at the mercy of the site, their policies, their moderator team's interpretation of those policies, and the real and fake reports of others. That and you look like an unprofessional failing marketer who can't afford a blog or website of their own. Self hosted, preferably WordPress Blogs are the best route to professional look and the independence to operate your site your way and protect your data. Andy Zeus Anderson
  16. A Blog is like Fine Wine. It takes a lot of grapes (articles or post) to be good. It takes time (for SEO to bring visitors and finding new subscribers) to be great. It is a true labor of love (you have to love what you do and keep doing it). In the end it is very profitable (You Make Money Blogging). Andy Zeus Anderson
  17. Also did Herbalife for a bit but the products were so expensive they were a tough sell without selling the business opportunity which scared more off than signed them up. First thing they saw was pyramid scam and while the company was able to prove it's worth they did have to revamp that Pyramid Pay Plan. Andy Zeus Anderson
  18. My first MLM was NSA Water Filters and it was great until the competition began making better filters cheaper. I still love the NSA demonstration, turning coffee into water again with no after taste. People ate that up, that and turning muddy water into water safe to drink, though that one ate up a lot more filters. Andy Zeus Anderson
  19. Actually my blogs have not slowed down. They take a bit more thought on SEO but Yoast does a good job of helping rank them and there are some great tools to help optimize headlines. Sure there is more content on the web but thanks to the increase in curated content there is renewed focus on syndication so augmenting your best post with social distribution and press release are stronger than they have been in a long time. What isn't working any more is dressing up an advertisement and calling it a blog and filling post with affiliate links without masking them or placing them in moderation. Blogs have been and will always be your best source of free and targets traffic to your offers. Andy Zeus Anderson
  20. Many of you intrigued by this question might think they know but aren't entirely sure if they know what the difference between an MLM and a straight affiliate program is or how to choose one from the other. You likely joined your first company based on what they promised to pay you and not based on the value in their products, and hell if you knew if they were legal or would even pay but someone you recently met said they were doing good there so let's spend $50 and give it a sniff. You failed unless you knew something about marketing online and already knew the answer to my original question, but if you did the chances are slim you are here right now. So let's start off with the basics of online marketing. The basics of affiliate marketing and yes we are all affiliates in this business. The principle of an affiliate is to promote the sale of goods in exchange for a commission or share of the profits of the product. For the company the benefit is they can spend 1,000 a month promoting their affiliate program and have 100 affiliates sharing their products with hundreds of thousands of potential customers. They can then hold onto the other 20,000+ a month they would have spent on advertising as these affiliates, especially the smart ones who make money will pay to advertise for them. Simple math we will pay you after you advertise us only if that advertising you bought works. Scary poop right there. But with a well trained mind like you get from e-courses and seminars, a willingness to adapt to market change, and a desire to know everything about your business and it's products an affiliate can turn a couple hundred a month in investment into a couple grand a month in earnings. If you are one of 20 affiliates in that 100 who spends $250 a month in advertising the store will benefit from 5,000 a month in advertising per every 100 affiliates they have being directed in and they only pay a fraction of their income if that income is increased. So what is this MLM, Network Marketing or Affiliate Marketing talk if we are all affiliates. MLM - AKA Evil Monkey is a form of business that not only does the product seller get you to pay to advertise so they don't have to. They give you a wild sounding comp plan that sounds like pure money and even with a lawyer and accountant to help you read it you will never know exactly how to get every penny out of the system possible. Now that results in lower pay per initial sale but the ability to recruit other people to amplify your sales is introduced. You no longer work alone, you have a team and when they make money you make money even if you had a bad month in sales, were sleeping, or on vacation. Now for the most evil part of their scheme the autoship. In MLM they don't have to focus on product sales because the affiliate has to be the customer in order to get the pay-plan. You have to not only advertise so they don't have to but you have to guarantee you will buy a minimum amount of their products at an inflated price to boot. Most now days even charge you additional for adding your name digitally to the site when someone goes through your affiliate link claiming they have built you a website that doesn't actually exist. Evil Evil Monkey MLM. Affiliate Marketing - AKA Door to Door Sales Force. We work a bit differently now days that door to door sales people using the internet, mail, and media to deliver the pitch instead of in person but affiliate marketing is a pretty straight up situation. You are not charged anything to start your business, all sales are of real products of value, and all commissions come as a reimbursement of your advertising cost and hopefully a profit after you do what it takes to get a customer to buy. Network Marketing - Affiliate Marketing was in a bar one night and had a few too many when evil monkey walked in and was trying to pick her up. She heard his spiel and they hooked up sharing a few features and soon enough little network marketing was born. Basically network marketing is the mix between the legal and ethical business end of affiliate marketing such as all income is derived by sales of products which hold a real world value equal to or greater than their price and Evil Monkey's Multi-Level pay plan minus the confusing talk and hidden bonuses. In Network marketing you will not be asked to pay for the right to pay for the companies advertising. You might be offered a chance to buy their products but it is 100% optional, and you know exactly what pays you. Sales by you, and sales by your sub-affiliates or referrals. If I make a $20 sale that pays a commission volume of $10 and I get 60% of the CV and my sponsor gets 40% of the CV off every sale you get $6 and your sponsor get's $4. You don't need a 100% matching bonus, a BV, a Bonus1,2,and 3. to give one up, two up, or force spillover into a pyramid shaped matrix, you know exactly how you get paid. Armed with this knowledge we will now open the floor to your questions and comments.
  21. The best tip ever given to me by my mentor Cori Rudl was to focus less on the pay plan than the product, and more on the value than both together. If people see they can earn $1 they will sign up free to find out more. When they find out they have to pay $2 before they even make that first $1, they walk away. Show them how they can turn $2 in cost into $4 of value and then offer to pay them to bring their friends and you will see more of them hand you $2. If I am looking at a weight loss product paying $10 commission on a $20 sale but you have to buy $20 in product to qualify as an affiliate. If you hadn't lost me on this notion to begin with I would want to know what is the benefit of owning the product and if it were worth the $20 or more before I decide to promote it or not. Most people just don't know their product well enough to convey it's value and instead just tell people, "c'mon, you'll make money". That is not a selling point that makes most people buy anything.
  22. I did the math on some of their promises and saw a dangerous situation where cost could very well overtake profits, they were not leaving room for the business expenses, the lavish awards banquets, the bank fees, the company end marketing, etc.. to scale up at the level they were scaling it up. I think that happened more than supposedly paying more than 100% in commissions. The money stolen or not was not projected right and I hate seeing so many others talking about how they can pay infinity commission etc.. when the money in is a finite amount. The big thing is there was nothing really sustainable about Empower. You were paying too much for a blog and an affiliate program after you purchased and read the info products and the saturated market was bound to cause attrition eventually. They borrowed from Peter to pay Paul because EN was growing too fast and got deeper in debt trying to shore up a sinking ship that was money-less back in 2014. Why he took 3 years to tell the truth is almost criminal, it's definitely negligent, and probably fraudulent as the last 3 years he knew the longevity of the company was not close to the promises it was making. Following into a new plan is probably not a smart choice given the reputation damage and the proven bad choices. If I were him I would tag on to another company and settle to build a personal income off the knowledge without the risk of trying to build a program to end all programs. He's in debt, focus on earning money to get out of it not trying to prove you weren't the bad guy because David Woods was the bad guy even if he didn't plan any of this. It's time to heal, to negotiate restitution's, and get your ash out of the limelight. Andy Zeus Anderson
  23. A man's value is found in his courage not his dreams. With courage a man turns dreams into plans and takes action regardless of risk to make the impossible possible.
  24. Not only do I poromote downline builders but also team builds and had to creat my own hybrid because a good one will bring limitless traffic as well as astonishing income but beware, not all downline builders are created equal. I have seen many that have no focus, no plan, and too damned many programs to make sense of. Beyond that have fun and success with the downline builders you choose.
