It always depends on the Rotators promote conditions. Rotate4All and PTP4All, for example, asks for 5sec timer, Buxinside asks for 10sec timer with forced view, ViralTECoop has no timer condition...

I think they consider TE Traffic low quality traffic. Beside that, I think it's because de resolution where the ad (PTP page) is shown - in general if the window is too small the PTP hit will be invalid. Anyway, everyone should read TOS before advertising PTP programs. Every site has their own rules. If you don't like them, don't play along with them

Yeah, AOMM is a nice new program with multiple ways of income. Don't know for how long it will stay online&paying but I already got paid twice. Never trust on Rented Referrals. They're bots. So it's like giving money to a stranger (admin) hoping you'll get ROI. Imo it's a risky investment.
