Safelists have multiple benefits, they are best alternative to expensive solo ads where you pay close to $0.5 per click. Plus they are income sources. To make them really work and get max out of them, there still has to be some marketing system in place, it's good if you build a list with them like forum member aprild.marketing said before.

Hello, I am planning a 3000 button upgrade in SOTAM but haven't used this mailer for 7 months, I just want to do some research before, how many visitors are you getting, if f.e. you have sent to 5000 or 7500? There are average statistics given by SOTAM but it's interesting to know how many visitors somebody in real life is getting. Thank you!

For classified ad site I do not know a plugin, but there's a Classipress theme by Appthemes, it costs $69. I have used it, but the problem was, my classified ad site made too few money, it was hard to run business model for me. There are quite a lot of paid landing/squeeze page plugins, hard to choose one, I am using WP Lead Plus X free version, very good plugin, enables to add tracking codes to track conversions and so.

Google Analytics is probably the best to track website/blog traffic for free. What I like is I can see visitor's engagement: pageviews per user and visitor's time on site, plus referring sites. What is a little con is the "not provided" for organic traffic, but anyway I can get accurate data for search keywords using Google webmaster tools. For tracking email optins, I have not figured out, how to do it with Analytics, but there are other good tools for it.

Regarding joining new mailers, it's good to join and try out/test new mailers, because there are all active members and one email to 500 or 1000 gives as many clicks as one email to f.e. 10,000 or more in already old and large mailer. It does not even matter too much, who is admin, you get many visitors with less effort.

Of course mailers are worth to use. It's true that most of people there are just trying to promote their own business, but there are also people who are open to new opportunities. Achieving success with mailers depends on your offer, it's recommended to advertise an opt-in page to build your list and it also depends on how much traffic you get. There's quite a lot of traffic necessary to get good results. But yes, mailers do work.

I have to say their free content is great. Regading AffiloBlueprint, I am not a customer of it, but it seems similar to Wealthy Affiliate, plus the AffilioTheme is in a price. It may be a good deal, there's 60-day money back guarantee too.. One thing, possibly it's members forum may not be very active to get live support fast, I have read about it.
