    wordpress for me. since it can be self-hosted, opensource, it's self-updates and more frequently nowadays, comes with lots of themes, plugins and widgets if you want your blog like to display all the bells and whistles to the more simpler black on white blog you can do it with wordpress. the only pros with blogger/blogspot is that it's owned by google and as you can see seo-wise, wordpress is quite a competitor for blogspot.

    as for me it's one platform to advertise your site in the search engine because search engines love real true to life, updated information about something and it spiders the content. yes it advertises for you 24/7 now that wordpress has always used and made it a default to use the friendly seo url that search engine love. i hate to blog about my life but i always love to blog about my products and services all over the internet.

    i for one with a web hosting business of my own, says that it's not good web hosting business because there's a bit of uncertainty in your offer. like the word "lifetime" brings out a question mark for me. in one marketplace im in btw, it's no longer allowed for you to mention a product describing it as "lifetime" and i quote here" no one can know how much time will he live on this earth, thus, the word "lifetime" can't be measured, we can't do that, since we want something that can be measured everyday in our business. that's why in my webhosting business i could say annual payment and what you get? a yearly account, that is measurable.

    oh you want to post affiliate links without removing the parameters on them so they will be credited. i think it's already resolved since is old thread but for the sake of the readers, you may use pastebin and register there, paste a line of text you may even password-protect it and give them the password, it will not subtract to what you post. hence it's pastebin

    oh i thought at first, like a location to blog, like in my bedroom or sometimes in the terrace. i like wordpress it's much better than blogspot, and yea i also have blogspot just in case but im much more comfortable blogging with wordpress and specially self-hosted wordpress blog. actually my blog below is using wordpress.

    same as it is when i've started blogging 1999 started with blogspot but google got mad somehow and deleted all my blogs and i moved to wordpress, i have missed so much now that i've known wordpress, besides that it's open-source and you can host it elsewhere on your hosting account, it also self-updates and and updates more frequently now shows a sign of progress for me because it increases in it's functionalities.

    well it's a good source of traffic too and google will love you for it, if you have good unique professionally written content on your website.

    blog nowadays can also talk about website updates so your visitors and members knows what's happening with your e-commerce site. now that email reading decreased, blogs beat the email newsletter because of this. use wordpress it's much better than blogspot, since blogspot can't be self-hosted, the good thing about wordpress is that is is open-source. get a good hosting and install wordpress there, and it's self-updating to the latest version. so all you need to do is install once and blog always.
