I have gotten results using many of those, some better than others. I promote my own websites, so advertising resources and Prosperity Marketing System. Some of those you need to really mail to a large amount because the click rates have decreased as the site has aged, but if you can reach thousands with each mailing and you mail very frequently you will get signups if what you are promoting appeals to this market.

I do believe a lot of online marketers have jumped into Bitcoin recently, I'm not sure if that could be a reason for the increase though.. maybe just a small part.

Yes, I purchased a mining contract almost a year ago from Genesis Mining and they have been paying me. I would have been better of just buying and holding the coin though, I'm not sure mining is worth it, it will end up just being a small profit, but if I would have just bought the coin with that money at the time it would have been much larger profit.

The two problems with most safelists is they never filter out old, inactive members. So you keep sending your ads to people that will never open it, and they know it. The other problem is lack of cheat control like you mentioned, multiple ways to detect and stop cheating is necessary - otherwise what is the value of credits?

I would think your predictions are pretty conservative and realistic. If it maintains its current speed of growth it will surpass those much sooner.

I've been disappointed by a lot of programs, sometimes by even people I know who have done a terrible job of maintaining or growing their site... Still, I would much less trust a site if I don't know who is behind it. I would surely never promote a site unless it has proven itself for a long time, or I know who is behind it, so they definitely wouldn't get my support in that way. If a site is getting a lot of traffic, based on Alexa, or I've tested a small quantity of ads on that site and they worked well, then I'd still spend money with them as long as I'm getting results even if I don't know the owner.

Yes, I either turn it off or mute that tab. You can mute individual tabs in Chrome by right clicking on the tab. Like others said, if I see something interesting and want to listen then I can turn the sound on and start the video over. It is very important to have compelling text or images on your site instead of just a video.

Even if it was not a lot, they essentially took money and gave nothing in return, so that is completely wrong and all those founders should get their money back regardless of how much they paid. I remember someone telling me about this before, but I never got involved, it was tempting though as it looked pretty polished - or at least their marketing was on point.

I don't think saturation is really a thing, it is more an excuse for people to explain why they aren't getting results and move on to something fresher. You can promote old and established programs and always get new referrals, there is always far more people out there who haven't joined.

If broadcasting to my list I try to send in the morning around 7 AM pacific (10 AM eastern). If I'm sending to mailers I don't try to send at any particular time of day, instead I send as soon as my mailings are available.

Basically there are two reasons that resulted in this: 1. Accounting error where they were actually paying more than 100% commissions, I don't think he mentioned where this error was specifically, but if you're paying out 1% over what is coming in over a long time you're losing a lot of money slowly. 2. Someone stole a lot of money, I guess they didn't get it back? I never joined it, I always thought it was really overpriced for what they offered, but a lot of people were successful with it and if it weren't for these financial issues they would probably still be around.
