Hi Stephen. What specific advantage gets user of your text ad exchange and/or mailer for using them? What is your USP? I mean, after the registering page in text ad exchange, is there some upsell/second offer ("join my mailer and get extra X,XXX credits)? And same after the registering page in mailer? Just mine 2 cents.

Just by some competitive intelligence Ebay, with the best-seller search function, taking a look for niche-related words. and/or Amazon (and a little known app called The Book Detective), checking for niche-related words in the top 10 best selling books.

If my main motivation was early retiring and an easy to-do thing, I will look for something that I really enjoyed to do... and, sincerely, will not limit the options to little pocket money earnings. When you are raking in cash, your retirement could include as well some charities or funding community projects!

The free offer/content is a way to sharing, making buzz and starting some kind of relationship... You can as well skip free content, but then will be forced to use a completely different business model/blueprint... not so easily scalable!

Mine publishing schedule is not quite regular, as I put first the quality of the content... I prefer to let "mature" some idea 24 hours and writing some versions of the text (yes, pen and pencil work) before publishing online. When I get some 'special' feedback, I an bl**dy sure I hit some... then just rinse and repeat: blog post + article + slideshare + pdf...

And do NOT forget the copy... Copywriting and sales copy as well!
