Nice post but there are a few things I'd like to add. Not everyone who is a failure in IM is lazy. A huge majority is the victim of misguidance and the Tabloid-ish claims by Gurus about making tons of cash in a few weeks. I consider myself successful but I get emails and messages from newbies or from those who tried but failed. They tell me that they followed the instructions of gurus exactly as they were asked to bus still... I'm not saying that every IM teacher is out there to ripoff newbies but you have to agree, there is a lot of scam too.
