Getresponse - opt-in on or off?

Hi all,

 

Kinda new to this,, I use getresponse autoresponder,

and when setting up my opt-in form I referred to a youtube

video but got a little confused when it came to this setting

 

In "Forms setting" under "subscription settings"

"confirmed opt-in" should this be set on or off?

 

any help would be appreciated

You must be referring to my training video for Prosperity Marketing System? I recommend to have confirmed opt-in turned off, otherwise a large amount of the subscribers will never confirm and receive your mails.
