Are There Any Reputable/paying Bitcoin Miners?

Hi,

I saw a thread a few minutes ago regarding a certain bitcoin miner that wasn't paying. In that thread, I noted that someone mentioned another bitcoin miner that WAS paying. Can anyone recommend an honest,reputable and paying bitcoin miner that has a low cost start up?

 

I am very interested to hear of any.

Based on my readings there are only 3 Bitcoin mining websites, which really pay their clients. These 3 companies were said to have their own actual Bitcoin Farms. They are:

1. Hashing24

2. Genesis Mining

3. Hashflare

 

This is just my personal view.
