I am aware that companies spend alot of money dealing with the intricacies of Google's changes. I have heard of sites that ranked high in one change and fell in ranking during the next change. The most common denominators I have noted in the recent changes, are these: It needs to contain video and be mobile friendly. My final point is that there are other ways to promote.
