Is this traffic exchange on the internet

Hi I have a problem with two traffic exchanges.

Jackpot-te  I joined the site. but when I go back I can not login 

and both google and yahoo says jackpot-te does not exist.

 

Hit blitz I'm surfing then when the next site comes up I

get logged out  it happen at three time and i clicked

on ask admin i find myself outside the site
