Hello  Everyone.  Is anyone having any problems with ViralAd Store?

I was trying to do credit emails and it gives me this message:

 

  SELECT member_level, is_elite FROM t_users WHERE nIdU = '56576'

Access denied for user 'viralad1'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

 

I tried to sign into my account and it gives me this message:

 

  SELECT * FROM t_suggestions_products_settings

Access denied for user 'viralad1'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

 

Since I cannot sign in I cannot ask them.  This happened last week then yesterday it was fine and now today same thing.  I have cleared my cache, cookies, history, and restarted my computer, no difference.

Can anyone help my with this?  I do not understand what these messages mean.  Thanks!

These errors are generated by the server they are using as a result of the script that drives the website and there is nothing you can do but wait to see if they fix it (like they did before).

I think they have had a lot of server issues lately, I'm still unable to access it myself.

Yeah sorry!

 

We're moving to a new server and hosting company this evening.

 

What a nightmare the last few days have been. Everything was going smoothly and then our host decided to do a routine 'upgrade' and totally screw things up.

 

They managed to recover everything after 2 days and they gave us a new server only for it to be a different spec.

 

To cut a long story short we've cancelled the contract and are now on the move...

Sorry about that. It was one thing after another but it's running on a new dedicated server now.
