I am a member of Referral Frenzy and love it. lots of ways to earn commissions.. and it is very helpful in mailing out to specific mailers.. the downsize only I see is you can't add your own, but there is over 100 mailers now.. Plus if you are upgraded you do earn extra credits each month .. This is nice as well. I stopped using slgenie as I didn't like that admin deleting mailers all the time..

I have heard it may possibly come back.. but looks like many te's and viral mailers are shutting down.. The paypal thing is hurting others, but there is options.. I added payza to my mailer .. but like captkirk said could be a number of reasons ... I see planet safelist is also down..

Garrett, you can always try and contact the owner, Stanil Dobrev , owner does not handle customer service of this product.. as you probably know.. or some of the changes taking place.. I do agree let others decide what mailers they want to keep.. and ones that are not of value to them.. since we are paying for the subscription it would be nice to have it handled this way.. I stopped promoting this tool long ago.. just because I didn't like the way things were going there.. I still use it but it may be on my list of deletion in the near future..

I had the same issue with DCM, I was receiving a bounce message daily.. it seems to now be resolved and the mailer seems to be working much better than before... I think the main issue is mails coming in too fast.. I make it a point to clean out trash at least once every 2 weeks..and inbox everyday..

Hi Tommie, yes I absolutely love getting up in the morning to promote my favorite programs.. Not being passionate will cause you jump from program to program.. I finally figured out if you believe in what you promote this will help you to stay focused..

I feel if more people gave this tool a chance and tried it.. more would continue advertising and using mailers.. and not quitting and say safelist marketing doesn't work.. It just helps so much regarding the overall aspects of email marketing.. People need to evolve and find out how much fun and how much it helps us marketers.. Everything needs improved and changed for the better.. the old way of reading mails is fine but this just helps move the process so much more efficiently.. I have heard Dawn uses this tool ... so she understands and knows it is a helpful tool...takes a little setting up but there is videos to help with this.. I also feel people would read more mails if they had this tool.. I am just glad I found it and feel it is worth every penny to help manage all my mailers..

SLGenie, in my opinion not a cheater tool... you read mails just like others do however it shows the written ad in one frame and the main ad in another, side by side.... there is nothing wrong with using this program.. I read plenty of others mails and have joined from them via slgenie... it is a for a better term safelist manager.. it manages all aspects of email reading and sending.. organizes very well and I have never seen anything wrong with it and I am a owner of Mountain High Viral Mailer.. I haven't experience this Garrett.. or maybe I don't quite understand what you had happen..

Hi Garrett, Owning a mailer has really opened my eyes to really how many do stay active in safelists.. I allow 30 days , if they are not active they are unsubscribed, not removed.. this helps save my members their credits to mailing to inactive members.. and their banners and texts are also on hold this in turn gives the active members way more views.. which again is very fair.. and it is very easy to resubscribe... very good thing to have in place in my opinion.. I have a script installed that takes care of this for me every day.. since I have been a very active member in many mailers I see what is going on and wanted my mailer to be a little different and hopefully more responsive..time will tell the story.. yes I have a 60 day active too I feel that if members haven't logged in or done anything in 60 days they really don't want to be a member.. this may be adjusted as time goes on.. it is stated on my faq page and also in my welcome letter.. I try to do my best to keep my mailer as active as I can.. I would hope most wouldn't want to be using their credits to mail to inactive members.. it is such a waste of time.. I can mail out to the members a warning message, but have found only a small percentage see the email as it gets lost in the list emails.. I don't know all the rights but I do feel what I am doing is working well.. I am still learning and making adjustments to my mailer over time.. I have found there to are many just coming in to click for cash, once they see I don't have it they are gone.. those people are being removed which is good for all active members.. that are using the site for mailing their ads.. I recently increased the mailing to free members which is quite beneficial to them, from mailing to 500 to now 700.. this way maybe they will see the value to mailing to more members, and possibly upgrade... we have surpassed 700 and hope to grow even more in the days to come .. there is a lot that can be improved in a mailer that is for sure.. I am doing the best I can for the longevity of the mailer.. If members don't see promotion by the owner, ctr is bad, or no results they quickly leave.. or give up.. I am working everyday to not let this happen at my mailer.. Owners have different views which is fine ... one thing about it everything within the mailer can be adjusted.. and changed.. running a mailer is not as easy as one might think.. their is a lot of variables to how they work .. I am still learning!

Yes I agree the LFMVM script is what most are using now.. It does come at a reasonable price when they have sales. You can gradually add improvements, that is another reason why this script is great , many mods you can add when you are ready.. to benefit you the owner and also the members..

I understand that it is frustrating I took my words off the block words list for now..I once was block for the word (important) , so it could be possible that owners don't realize if for example they block a phrase that each word will be on the block list.. With this new script in viral mailers it actually tells you the word.. so that helps.. always good to contact support so they see what your are seeing otherwise they may never realize their is a issue.. and maybe didn't know too..

I think the owner (Stanil Dobrev) of this program is the only one that can make the changes.. as far as improving its performance or the tech programming side of creating the program..

Garrett, I see Nick is adding a few new ones to slgenie.... so maybe I will try and see if he wants to add mine.. Definitely helps to get new members to the mailers.. I emailed him see what happens...

I did not realize it would block a word , within a word like you all are saying.. good to know.. as a owner of a mailer.. I usually get complaints from readers and try to do my best to solve a issue but in turn it just creates other problems with others ads.. would be something good to bring up to the people that developed the lfmvm script..

I have worked mailers full time for a few years now.. and I found it a great way to build my list.. I wanted to create my own mailer as honestly I wanted to do things a little differently than some owners.. No it is not for the purpose of the owner to send their ads.. although you do share your programs but sending too much is kinda over doing it and people become very immune to it pretty quick.. I feel it is to build a active community of marketers.. I do feel however if you are putting yourself out there daily and then open a mailer or te or whatever it is a excellent way to brand to gain authority and so on.. but this really takes time , commitment and consistency .. Safelists work for building a list, it is what you do with that list that will gain you income..

Whenever I have a second to spare, I am addicted ! I must admit.. Hubby sometimes says way too much but he does like the money..

I used to strive for over 1000 hits to my splash page a day ... I do most of this via mailers.. now it is even more and when this happens I can usually get a handful of opt ins, that join my list or my mailer... what is most important is the quality of the lead..and the traffic.. I do want to expand from mailers and get traffic elsewhere just haven't research or tested enough yet..

Regardless of these ads floating around saying you can make a whole lot of money in a certain amount time , it really isn't so for the average person just beginning their venture online.. it takes time , consistency and not jumping to the next best thing.. Find a program , a business , or marketing tools that is useful and helpful for most people/marketers .. even better find something that interests you..and build around it.. Marketing systems are good but don't build their list.. learn how to create your own splash pages and add your own autoresponder so you are building your list.. I also encourage that whatever you are doing , to brand you.. not the company or anyone else.. How does the saying go, others will be more likely to spend money with you when they know , like and trust you.. so it is all about getting out there in front of others.. it will not always be about the thing you are sharing but it will be more about you.. Safelist marketing works good for just this.. Creating a website, blog is useful if you too want to build your list.. Communicating with that list is vital, there is a lot of great info online that you can give away for free.. People love this stuff.. It is all about building trust with your list and being genuine ..and being helpful.. It has worked for me.. It takes time but creating a income online is very doable.. hope this helps!

Hi Margot, there is many of the same.. I should say there used to be , but he is cleaning house and getting rid of many.. I use referral frenzy and slgenie.. slgenie you can add mailers that are not in the program itself under custom .. slgenie is changing I still use it but I love referral frenzy too , Marty is great and is very helpful .. SLgenie manages and organizes mailers very well.. it is quite unique and very useful tool..

I use Chris Hosting too but at zoothost this is website hosting too, he is beyond helpful.. I have learned a lot about servers and hosting from him.. he helped me do my complete move from another server I was using.. Great move!

Yes, I used to promote slgenie quite a bit.. This tool manages safelists very well.. it is a misunderstood tool .. but most that actually use will never go without it..

Hi Garrett, I did a long time ago.. He said he wasn't adding anymore new ones.. I said your loss.. I have talked with the owner of this program a few times.. he is not very connected anymore as he has other things going on.. but sometimes it is easier to talk to the guy who developed the program..

I see your point on all aspects Paul but wanted to put a few thoughts down here.. Yes I do have lifetime on my mailer and it launched in Aug, I am one owner that continues to promote my mailer and take it very seriously , however I do see your point of quick cash grabs too.. I only been upgrading to owners that I see are promoting their mailers to continue to grow and have a good reputation online .. I feel this is a good investment.. Some mailers however are out of reach to do so.. I have been thinking however to take the lifetime off for some time now.. as it would be nice to have more upgrading to monthly.. or yearly.. but with so many mailers not growing or are closing shop it makes it hard for people to trust to upgrade , hence why so many use them as a free source of advertising.. great post!
