Interesting assumption... I don't need to compete. I believe anyone that makes a conscious decision to be successful and does work every day, can reach their goal. Outside forces are irrelevant once you are on the right path with the right mindset.

I spend 20-40 mins a day marketing. Busy work? Not really. Just trying to use my brain to make more$ than I already am... I'm an efficiency expert ( lazy) and diasagree completely.

What you are advertising makes all the difference. How you advertise makes all the difference? Are you promoting a replicated affiliate page for a biz opp? Good luck. You should be using a personalized splash page and unique ad copy that centers around solving a specific problem or fulfilling a need. Are you promoting an advertising resource? You stand a much better chance of Success. My advice: If you want to spend WAY less time than you are now for free traffic, and be getting an actual conversion rate, start using YouTube.

I use viral mailers with upgrades so I Don't have to click on many ads to get a reasonable amount of traffic every week for maybe 5-10 minutes a day of "work." Traffic exchanges always produce terrible results for me. I feel like they have gotten even less responsive in the past few years. As far as free traffic goes, I Don't you can beat YouTube. That's where I've made most of my money online. Once that video goes up, it gets traffic day and night. The traffic is extremely targeted, warm and video converts better than any other medium.

I am using craigslist to promote, people are responding well and joining. I am using viral mailers, building my list and getting sign ups! I hand out business cards to almost anybody 21-55. Its easy, but I dont think this method has yielded an enrollment, yet. Ive only handed out 40-50 cards out of 1000. I haven't even started with all the businesses that might be interested in selling hemp oil. This is definitely the easiest business I have done since 2006. I am really excited about this Summer and beyond!

Hi, I'm kind of a lead generation guy through and through. Marketing and advertising are very interesting to me. Selling, not as much. I've done some other real world lead generating for a paint company and right now I promote Lyft for a 3rd party company. People opt in via text and use a promo code that is specific to me and that is how I get paid. I usually get 2-15 opt is per hour when I am handing out cards at busy events. Anyone else?

People market in lots of different ways. i love marketing and advertising but i try to be as ethical and moral as possible and it does bother me sometimes when people think un-creative manipulation is "clever" or effective.

I have found through my own personal experience that making money online is actually quite simple. I've never made more money in say, 'one day' anywhere else that I have from promoting things on the internet. That said, it can be difficult to acquire certain skills and get all the pieces in the right places. Even for someone that has made money. It really falls down to your level of commitment and how much you are willing to invest in yourself. The best piece of advice I can give is always stand out from the crowd. Create original splash pages, lead capture pages, and ad copy. And always be testing. Also, you get better results if you promote benefits and solutions, not opportunities or products themselves.

Rev shares are not sustainable long term. It only gets uglier from there! Is that a scam? That's up to you. There are plenty of legitimate places to invest money.
