  1. I agree with a slight modification - do not PAY to join pre- launches. I'll happily join one for free (without provided credit card or other info) to see how they go with their planned launch. Cheers
  2. Lol, of course you are right, not with money! But the traffic can still produce as the readers of the emails through his sites are 100% innocent. And oh yes he reads this forum!! And he was quite upset with me for posting publicly instead of contacting him directly - even though I had tried and he had neglected to respond to me before I resorted to posting publicly. But back on track. I have decided to start with Referral Frenzy as it is best suited to my needs at this point (well, it isn't, VMP is actually better suited but they don't have full functionality at this stage). Cheers
  3. Thanks Darren, I'm still a few weeks off making my decision when I have some time off from other responsibilities to start a new project. One concern I have is that the "missed commission" email they sent me seems to indicate a whole bunch of products people are buying - Do you need to have purchased a product to earn a commission when your customer buys a product? (ie: I need to have already purchased the specific product my customer does in order to earn as opposed to simply meeting a PV amount to qualify for sales of ANY products my customer may choose). Cheers
  4. I agree with you! But I will not be seeking upgrades at Matthew's sites for reasons I have discussed in the scam forum here.
  5. How is this one progressing for you Darren? I am considering 3 (of which this is one), of these health / wellness platforms at the moment. They all use the same scripts and tactics etc but with their own branding on health / wellness products so any insight on this one will help me decide. Cheers Nate
  6. Agreed and I will eventually be using them all. But the short answer to your question is money and time! Looking to start with one for now.
  7. My bank has a policy where they will protect me against fraudulent activities however this must be done within a certain time frame which I may have missed. At this point, the bank is investigating on their end for me but what they actually do I am not sure. There are 3 possible outcomes: 1. Bank refunds me and does nothing further as goodwill - covered by their insurance. 2. Bank refunds me and chases Matthew legal - My hope is this one as they will have more power than I do! 3. Bank decides I had ample opportunity to report this at the time and as I waited so long it isn't considered fraud - most likely outcome. BUT, if you are ever scammed, it just goes to show the earlier you reach out to your bank or whatever other financial service provider you use the better off you will be. The bank also flags the transaction details as fraud and will warn other customers if Matthew hasn't changed his details yet.
  8. Hi, Are people still using Viral Mail Profits? I have joined recently and it looks like they are making a bunch of changes, with upgrades closed etc. I have also been researching the mailing platforms (auto mailing platforms and organisers etc) to try and find one that suits a current project. Can anyone recommend any? I am currently uncertain between referral frenzy and traffic zipper but not sure if there are any other options? I feel VMP would be best but the site is not fully functional. Thanks
  9. So after some lengthy discussions with my bank as well as some expensive conversations with my lawyer I have contacted Matthew Graves with my initial request for a refund. Of course, I hold little hope that Matthew Graves has any honour whatsoever and little hope that I will be refunded. In fact, my legal representation will very quickly cost me more than Matthew Graves stole from me but I simply cannot let it stand. It will be worth every red cent to take a stand against this alleged thief. I will post any further updates as they occur.
  10. Yes and no. There are legitimate crowdfunding platforms that allow crowdfunding for legitimate reasons. However, you haven't and won't see these platforms advertised in traffic exchanges or safe lists. The platforms advertised in online marketing circles as 'crowdfunding' are cash gifting schemes and in many States will be illegal. Legitimate crowd funding will often includes platforms such as 'kickstarter' where people can fund / give cash to a person or company with an idea - they use the money to develop the product and often the people who helped fund the product will get a discount or free product once developed. Other examples of legitimate platforms are the ones you see where people are crowd funding to help with the aftermath of tragedy such as funeral expenses (you even get some idiots request crowdfunding to fund their holidays or motor bikes etc but obviously they don't do as well). If you have to give money to someone else (i.e: help crowdfund someone else's goal) it is unlikely to be legitimate. You should not have to give money (crowdfund) any form of upline on a legitimate crowdfunding platform - at most, the platform will charge a fee. But you should never ever need to fund an upline of any form if it is legitimate. Platforms that offer a means to ask other people for money so that they can use the same website to ask other people for money and so on and so forth is not legitimate in most States around the world. I am not a lawyer and I am not calling out any specific programs for being illegal as I don't have the time or energy to research them enough so if a crowdfunding 'mlm' style platform is a fit for your business, go for your life, just start thinking of a cover story for the tax man! Hope this helps. Nate
  11. Hi Weblord, Yes, I have seen a whole range of similarly made free pages for onpassive and gofounders (same program gofounders is just a holding tank for his 'founders' before he launches onpassive). The owner / company do have their own hosted sites and pages these days though but I totally agree that members making their own poor ad pages is another red flag. Nate
  12. Yes, There are many red flags but it really does have mass adoption for something that doesn't even exist yet and there is no 'real' explanation as to what it will do. They allude to a 'done for you' system and never ending leads so potentially it will be some sort of all in one page builder, AR etc etc that the owners plan to promote heavily somehow for all the members. However the talk around 'never seen before', 'cannot fail', 'no promotion needed' etc is very concerning. I do not understand how 40k + people (assuming what the unlaunched platform states is true) can put so much faith in something without understanding the product/ value behind the whole thing. I still hope to be proved wrong and maybe that is why it is doing so (seemingly) well, playing on people's hopes and dreams. Nate
  13. Has anyone noticed that there is NO withdraw button or section or link or anything in ANY of his sites (that I am using anyway, if I am incorrect great, go try and withdraw!)? Surely that is a bit of a red flag - I missed it too Cheers Nate
  14. Hugely important. However when forming an opinion of others I always try to acknowledge that it is OK to fail BUT it is NOT OK to cheat, lie, scam, rip off etc. I also always form my own opinions and yes these will often be based on one's reputation and the feelings of others but I never take a single complaint as gospel. Cheers Nate
  15. Top recommendation Darren, I have been on Elizabeta's list/s for probably 8 months now and have a ton of respect for her and her business partner (who I have had no interaction with). She is honest, up front, hardworking and inspirational. I never had a reason to join anything advertised to me via her lists in the past, mainly because she has had laser focus on GDI and I couldn't justify closing an account that is in profit (certainly not retirement level profit but enough) to join under someone else. But her own program? Had to join!! Sometimes the owner of a mailer or any other business is far more important than functionality. AE Mailer has both, brilliant mailer, genuinely great owners. Highly recommend and hope/ expect to see this one last the distance. Cheers Nate
  16. Hi All, I wasn't quite sure where to post this one and maybe the scam folder isn't the best place as I don't know that this is a scam. But, I was extremely surprised when I typed in Onpassive in the search bar at this forum that there was nothing (that the search function found anyway). So, while making it clear I do not necessarily believe OnPassive / GoFounders to be a scam, I would like to know every one else's thoughts. I joined as a founder almost 18 months ago in July 2018 after watching a number of presentations. And I will be upgrading and trying the platform IF and WHEN it finally launches. I haven't been able to watch a webinar in about 12 months now as they are all essentially the same pitch about how amazing onpassive, the founder/ owner and the apparent 40k + founders are. Now for $97 USD founder fee and 40k+ founders, the receiver of all these payments is sitting pretty on 3.8 million USD + with nothing to show for it except an affiliate backoffice in a program that is not THE program. The age old saying of "If it looks to good to be true....." keeps popping in to my mind with this one. They keep telling me that "Believe Believe Believe and things happen, we are building brand new, never seen before, need a NDA, no promotion needed, self building" etc etc etc, you know the drill. Now I know that the people behind it have been successful in the past and I have respect for them all, but I have my own mind and am curious enough to want to know your thoughts as well as theirs. So, I am interested in seeing if anyone has any thoughts, or indeed if I get kicked out of this forum or even onpassive for simply asking a question (again, I am a founder and I will be upgrading but I MAY be dreaming!). Cheers Nate
  17. Hi Everyone, If I have 1 thing to thank Matthew for it is for helping me to find my way to this forum! About 18 months, maybe 2 years ago I took the dive back in to the world of online marketing after a break of 5 or 6 years. I somehow stumbled across the pre- launch of Matthew's Your Success Advantage, thought it looked innovative and a fit for a project I had in mind. But yes, same old story as I am seeing here. Paid my 1k USD which is significant for anyone, yes even those elusive 7 figure earner guru's, they don't become 7 figure earners being scammed by pond filth! For me that was 1500 AUD, over a weeks pay for the average Aussie Earner before tax, not cheap. I have received nothing! In fact, I have received literally about 100 emails from Matthew trying to upsell me with upgrades at his various mailers as this will allow him to make me more commissions using my YSA account. Problem is, YSA founding membership offered a 12 month upgrade at all his sites! Why on earth is he trying to sell me upgrades I have purchased but not received. So after lots of hassling I managed to get him to agree to my upgrades which he did apply to 1 of his sites that he has just relaunched but not the rest. I stressed to Matthew that a large part of why I purchased his YSA product and service was for those upgrades on ALL of his sites. Crickets....... Anyway, you all know the grotty fluff he has been selling without delivering so I won't go in to more detail. What are everyone's thoughts on a formal complaint to my bank + various other avenues such as fraud complaints. I know I won't get my money back and I know I will lose what little value I get from YSA (membership at all his mailers which I could have got for free without YSA!). But hey, even if it only slightly annoys him, wastes five minutes of his time etc that is still a win for me. Thoughts? The only thing holding me back is I don't want to be that guy who complains just because they don't like the product they ended up with, am I wrong in thinking I have a right to take action considering in reality I haven't received my purchase? But hey! On the bright side, thank you Matthew! I am now a forum user! Cheers Nate
