I went looking through the topics here and could find nothing on Downline Builders inside most Safelists and/or Traffic Exchanges, yet this area is an important part of a these. I bring this up since a new product has come into this environment. This is a cloud extension to either FireFox or Chrome and works like a dream. SLG forces you to develop good Safelist handling processes especially if you want to build a list in the safelist you are in. The 3 mentioned above though good don't force you to read emails, I you can also develop a list and an ongoing income with SLG. I am in total agreement with this in fact I consider SLG to be a mainstay in my online business and promote it heavily. I do have a minor problem with SLG in the commission structure. When requesting a payment it takes up to 1 1/2 months to proess and they hold back 25% for possible refunds. I have a friend who has been waiting on $1500 and has still not collected, don;t know what the problem is and can't help in this. If SLG is a cheat then that should also hold for programs link Mailer Ninja, Downline builder Elite, Referral Frenzy, and other such programs. Garrett

I am in total agreement here, I use SL Genie daily and often respond to the email I read there. I think that Rina is totally mistaken with her understanding of SL Genie and how it works. Her attitude over all is wrong and I think if she does not correct her thinking she will start to lose customers. She removed all my banner, text ads, and most of my credits since she believes that those in the sites she now owns have earned these by cheating. She has taken over a large group of SLs (Tiger Solo Ads Plus, Viral Blitz Mailer being 2 of them). I connected with an admin about another issue and it turns out that the same thing happened to them, I think that she is looking at these as money generators without paying attention to those on her lists, as a result I think she will start to fail in this process.

SLG basically has 3 boxes/panes in which it puts part of the promo: The first box is the credit link The second pane is a copy of the email as you would see it in and email reader The 3rd pane is what you would see in a web browser when you click on the credit link. SLG allows you to see this all in one simple step such that you can focus on whichever of the items you want. It assists in the readin of the emails and helps to speed up the process making it more efficient. I submitted a request for support to tiger Solo Ads Plus and to Viral Blitz Mailer because credits, banners, and text ads disappeared from my accounts. I was not happy about that since I have been in them for a long time now. I received a response which I feel is one that I should not have gotten. Cheaters tools as it allows you to gain credits without clicking on emails your self and sharing your credits. This results in a death of a site since there is no reason for members to open up your emails. I have been working on line for many years now. I have tried sales websites. Ebay, and even notes processing. Almost 6 years ago I joined Worldprofit and found for me the answer to my online Presence. During that time I found a need to both cloak and/or shrink the landing pages I use. I would recommend shrinking your links for many reasons: not a long URL not an ugly URL track stats I highly recommend using a link shrinking site, I use Direct Tracker Pro. Cloaking is important and I think a site like this helps in the tracking process.

I am also a Worldprofit member and a Team Elite Member and I have found that in both if you are willing to put in the effort they do pay. Dr Lant is a little hard to handle but the training at Worldprofit is great and worth more than I spend to be a member. I think you might want to take another look at Worldprofit and do your best to avoid Dr Lant.

SL Genie seem to have uncovered an email problem which is interesting. When I tried to read a batch of emails from gmail into SL Genie the program stopped. I cleared the problem by removing 200 of the oldest gmail items and the problem disappeared. I contacted support who has always been pretty good and it seems that some people have created animated subjects which have been found to cause the problem I encountered. if this is happening I am wondering why the spam tools are not finding these and blocking them from being moved. At least I have something I can look for if this happens again.

I am in agreement here. The SEO process means you make google and other search engines happy which means you learn to read someones mind and see what he/she thinks is important. With the Safelists and Traffic Exchanges you are showing what you have and they are deciding yes or no about what you are offering. What this SEO process is like would be for markets (Safeway, KMart, Walmart, etc...) to decide to stop advertising as they do and for them to rely solely on the phone book or the yellow pages. Can you imagine what these stores would be like when that happens. I don't know what it is like in your neighborhood but in mine I get ads from these stores a minimum of once a week and when I enter the stores they give me a set of ads. As a marketer I need to do the same. If it works for these big marketers it should also work for me. Look also at Coke and/or Pepsi they spend millions on marketing should I do any less. The internet is a leveling environment where I can go head to head with these big marketers and carve out a peace of the market for me.

This is a good idea. I myself listen to Christian Radio and find often the material both powerful and awesome and well worth listening to. GOD is great and I love learning more and more about him while I build my lists/business.

Wow what a great question. There are times I feel poorly and wonder if this is worth it. Mainly I just keep on driving forward one step at a time. Being motivated is difficult basically I just set a goal for the day and move towards it.

I agree!! I get a minimum of one scam email in this area every day. Some are so bogus I find it hare to believe that anyone would fall for the email. That being said I have a good friend who was sucked into a scam within the last few weeks. His heart was in the right place he wanted to help someone he thought needed help but found himself on the receiving end of a scam. He got with the bank right away and I think he blocked the problem. One thing about these scams is that some are so outrageous in their attempt to scam that it is laughable. I just wish there was away to catch these scams. The tools being used in emails are very poor but are better than nothing I guess. I put all the emails identified as spam back into my inbox then I delete those I don't want because the filters are very poor and often are items I want.

Thanks for your reply to my messages. I hope that when you get close to having to shut down you will not just shut down but will allow someone to buy you out. I was in the mini url for a long time and relied on my links heavily to a level such that it will take a lonag time to fix my links to the new on at: http://dtkpro.com/?glhutsko. Over the years I have found many places where a short/shrunken url works best due to space and or character controls. I think this kind of service is worth while and is needed. I have a query in this area. One of the safelists I use is moving from PayPal to Payza. I know paypal is doing new things for those do business with them but I don't see the need to stop using PayPal in this. Am I missing something in this.

I followed your link and joined. What have your experiences been using this site. I hope it wont follow the service I was using. I use the short links a lot in my promos because in some SL and TE sites the character count is important and the length of the link can be important.

I am looking for a link shortener to use. I was using a link shrinker for a long time then it seems they went out of business causing my links to fail. I tried the google process but that service does not work well in the SL and TE environment, The bit.ly and some of the other shrinkers have problems also, I am looking for suggestions because many of the link I have are long and ugly and in some of my promos and cost me characters for my promo.

I have a site that I am in requesting Payza information so that they can pay me. They have my Paypal information so that they can send my payment there which is my preference. What is overall feeling of Payza, should I establish a Payza or stick with Paypal.

Wow It is bad enough that the Government is trying to cause small businesses to fold now the main online money handler is following and doing the same. I wish there was an alternative but I guess we need to do the best we can in order to move forward.

I have a query in a different area of this discussion. I belong to a lot of SLs and TEs and am trying to determine which ones I should leave. I have been hanging in on a lot of SLs with the fear that I night miss out on something. I think one thing to use as a determining factor would be that the SL does not seem to be interested in me beyond my joining, they seem to be interested only in my joining then upgrading. Some of the sites I belong to I plan to upgrade in as soon as I can but in others I just sort of hang around reading emails and trying to grow my credits and post my promos. The problem is that they make the growth process very difficult such that I will not promote them as I move from site to site. I feel that a good site encourages me to enjoy my membership and to grow my downline. The other sites don't seem to care. I am thinking in terms of several sites that no longer function, they tried to get me to upgrade but never offered anything worth while and went belly up quickly (there were 4 or 5 sites under the same admin)

I agree, I see this subject all the time and ignore it because it is very misleading. If you have a message that is important then you should be able to rework the subject such that it is better and doesn't Cause problems like this one will.
