Look up the url for Devil Mailz and you'll see he calls himself Manfred Celik and Devil Mailz is now Devil Surf (german language). Altogether odd.

Hi Andrew, I don't want to answer in place of the original poster, but the only traffic exchange that I know of with a pirate theme is called Traffic Pirate Hits which is owned by Greg Parkin and not related as far as I know.

And now Thor Hits. Is this owner paying? I'm concerned because he is again putting a lot of emphasis on promoter awards and is running a referral contest. Many marketers are promoting the new TE and Mailer, including at least one popular TE owner.

The explanation that these have not yet taken is quite simple.
PayPal has frozen my account!

Now I have but a message that this will be released in the next days again completely.
So I'll make the pending payouts as soon as this happens!

I would be happy if I can revise the bad judgment of my person and the users give me a chance.

I'm admin in a TE, and one of our members has requested that we add your TE, Thor Hits to our downline builder. Before I do that though, I'd like to ask you how things are going in this site regarding payouts. I'm confused because your member's page says that only $13 has been paid in commissions so far. Aside from commissions that members have surely earned, the information on your sales page talks of cash rewards and cash prizes for surfing, promoting etc, and a low payout level.

I think we can assume that Manfred Celik or Manfred Gengel, whatever he chose to go by and for whatever reason, is gone for now. His numberous sites have been offline for some months now, along with the money owing members for sales they made. This includes sites that had been recently launched.

 

My conclusion is that he's a scam artist and if anyone sees sites from him again, beware.
