Never had problems with Tinyurl myself, google however, it tends to block affiliate links...

It depends on what your Affiliate Link Shortener leads too Facebook seems to check not just the shortened URL but also the Affiliate link you are promoting.

 

I have found this out by promoting an affilaite url FB does not approve they still block it.

 

This was on FB and in Messenger the FB program.

The link shortener I have been using for over a year seems to be accepted by all of the programs I advertise on.

I've used several, TinyURL, AdFly, Google, they all seem to work okay
