Viral Inbox - Anyone else having spam issues?

I have been using Viral Inbox for quite awhile now. But lately, the amount of incoming spam has been horrific. 200+ spam emails yesterday. It is getting to the point that Viral Inbox is becoming unusable.

 

Am I the only VIB user having spam problems?
