The best time of day to send out your offer !

I fill like maybe in the a.m. hours is the best time to promote because the ads will be there when people go online in the mornings

I post ads all times of the day, Morning, Noon and night.

Excellent question. Like Capt. Kirk I post ads continuously throughout the day but that's because this is what I do full time  I am a internet marketer full time. It's all I do. However, I find that I get more responses to my ads between the hours of 7 and 10 PM. and for whatever reason Wednesday and Thursdays are the days I receive my highest response. Why that is I don't know. You would think that Fridays and Saturdays would generate more participation but for me that has not been the case and i have been doing this quite successfully now for 15 years.

 

Also, what you are offering is more important and makes all the difference in the world as to the amount of responses you will receive from your offer. Most people are trying to get you to join their business or program so what you're offering and where you're posting your offer will determine greatly on what type of response your receive.

 

I promote mostly advertising, software and cash generating programs.

 

Programs that pay me to advertise while building my businesses and programs that assist me with operating more efficiently and effectively is how I like to roll.

 

But getting back to the question as to the best time of day to send your offer it depends on the following:

 

1. What are you offering?

2. What type of service are you using to send the offer.

3  Your persistence and consistency in promoting the offer.

 

There is no one proven system that I am aware of as to when to send your offer you just have to send it over and over and over, don't quit and if what you're offering is beneficial to others it will in time pay off.

When I am promoting to a Worldwide audience I get results anytime  of the day or night. When promoting to the U.S. or North American audience I get better results late in the day - 4:00 PM Eastern and later. I also have noted that there are certain days that are better than other days. Early Saturday morning is a good time and Sunday evening. But overall, the one thing that is most important is to be concistently promoting. Keeping your ads in front of people is the important thing. The more ads people see the more likely they will stop to look at what you are promoting.

I send ads any time of day normally, but if I'm in competitive mode, like for a referral contest, I save my mailings and build up credits for Sunday, around 4pm my time, which is around 9am EST I think. That just seems to be the best time for results for me.

I live in UK. I get up early and start working online before the family are up as far less distractions. I use mailers extensively and have often wondered about the timing of this. My target audience is obviously people who speak english, the biggest of these in any one place is obviously US & Canada. Due to the time difference when I post its still the middle of the night for them. (you) If, like me, online users direct their email to a single google mail account, then will my offers be so far down the list of received mail that few will even see the subject line let alone open the mailing. I know what I do works, but is just because of the 10,000's of emails that I send out daily, or would my open rate be better if I changed when I do the mailings?

That's interesting that the best time of day is different for everyone. For me, it seems to be between the hours of 12-3 pm Eastern when promoting offers to both US and Canadian people. For Australians, the same applies with those hours in their timezones. Maybe it's because people are at their most alert for the day having gotten over the morning grogginess and are ready to get to work on their online businesses?

If broadcasting to my list I try to send in the morning around 7 AM pacific (10 AM eastern). If I'm sending to mailers I don't try to send at any particular time of day, instead I send as soon as my mailings are available.

it all depends on your subscribers location and how many other marketers are sending to those people, like if you gained your subscribers via solo ads then that said subscriber will be getting emails from other marketers as well, so test, test and do some more testing. I been told that its good to send a broadcast in the evenings so your email is not getting missed by other marketers, but do what you want and what works best..

I have not found a "best" time.  Since I'm advertising to a world-wide base, whatever time I send my emails is morning, noon or night somewhere.

People tend to surf on the latest emails they receive, so if I want Asia, I send in the morning, if I want America, I send late afternoon and night.

anytime for me, but also since i market to facebook groups the time for us here is mostly lunch where families gather together for lunch and facebook posting lol
