Back in April I received an email from the owner of a site that I'm a member of promoting a new opportunity. I took a look at the page and decided to join. I was instructed to send a payment of $47 to be a preferred member of an affiliate marketing site called myinboxmoney (including 30 days of marketing with guaranteed sales) but the site has never been working and it has been over 3 months now. They just keep pushing back the "launch date".(The only site that is working is the one that tells you how to sign up and pay.) I have emailed the site owner Athony many times but I have not received a response. You can see the guaranteed sales offer here: https://www.myinboxmoney.com/myvip.php

Based on that page you have posted, have you tried doing step 2?

Step 2: Once you have sent the payment, email your receipt to
workwithathony@gmail.com
to notify us that you have joined.

Their last response was on June 20th stating that the website would be up by July 1st. And I don't have any other contact information for them.

Sounds like Onpassive, which has been in prelaunch for over a year. Also, they do not have a target date as to when they will launch.
