Do These Offers Work?

Has anyone tried the 'Guaranteed Sales' solo ad offers being sold on clickbank?

For example this one http://trckapp.com/896zz46m

I've always avoided them as they seem too good to be true. Also, the stats they show on their sale pages appear to show how many sales each mailing has made for their customers, but I'm not sure how they are able to ascertain this...

Are they completely made-up stats? Are they scams?

Someone on this forum must have tried them... what were your results?

usually the stats are blown up stats to make someone excited to join them. the true basis is if someone got paid for them. what's the name of the website?

There's a whole bunch of them on Clickbank - if you type in 'Guaranteed Sales' you'll see a list of similar ones... GuaranteedSoloAds, JVZooSoloAdBlaster, YouTubeSoloAdBlaster, ClickbankSoloAdBlaster, etc.

They tend to be 'guaranteed' in the sense that they will either run your solo ad a second time if you don't make a sale first time around or keep running it until you do make a sale.

elsewhere on jvzoo.com you can see one of their terms there that has been modified, your product as a seller will not be approved if it contains lifetime in the desription.

it makes you think you're buying forever, come on now my advise is be realistic.

Hi,

As part of my 'list building' exercise, I'm doing some 'traffic source testing', so for the $20 I decided to have a punt. Bottom line, the traffic was total rubbish.

I asked them to rerun the ad as promised and they did but I didn't get a single sale (the offer I was promoting was about $5) and overall they sent about 20,000 "leads". I checked it with a tracking link and the traffic was coming from all over the place, but they certainly weren't the "buyers" that were promised. I was using a tested funnel.

I asked for a refund and they said they would run the ad again, which they did, and still no good.  I haven't asked for another rerun because it's probably a total waste of time. I must look back and find which ad I responded to to complain to "whoever".

Avoid!

Thanks Joy. That's really disappointing to hear, and must have been so frustrating for you. Still, it's good to get the feedback so at least others on this forum can avoid those scams.

Would you be willing to share which are the best sources your testing has found?

Hi Dave,

Well the good news is that Clickbank refunded my $20 without any argument. I see that there are many similar sounding variations of this "traffic source" going around now - WhatsApp, Facebook etc etc. Sorry being a bit vague because I set up a "spam" filter on my emails and any similar sounding titles just get marked as Junk and put into a spam folder so I don't have to waste time deleting them.

As for good traffic sources, the jury is still out because I have been side-tracked by my offline business.

Done two tests: I got 28 leads and no conversions from 100 clicks with Traffic Academy, but in fairness when I looked more closely at the offer I wasn't happy with it myself and decided to abandon ship on that offer and just take my leads to another offer. I would have bought more leads from TA to try them out but there was a membership required and I didn't want to pay a membership to buy traffic. May investigate further when I have time.

Traffic Domination was better, I got a couple of $6 sales (and 19 leads) from 55 clicks.

Encouraged enough to try them again when I get chance, but it's a slow and expensive process :-(

i think you're right, based on experience. clickbank is clogged up and overloaded by merchants trying to sell this and sell that, clickbank has no time to check for quality and being legit. once a person pays, they can sell..

Any clickbank solo ad site is not legit.
