I have plenty that run in the background, where I have to recruit to be paid, but am interested to here from anyone, who has cashed out, from a video site, that you don't have to get referrals to cash out please, thank you. In my humble experience i have to tell you it depends onthe company. Sometime they don't pay. if that keeps happening drop them like a hot potato the industry is nice and normally pays tho.
