  1. What are your favorite (and most helpful) software to use when you are marketing on a daily basis? For example: Excel (spreadsheets)NotepadPower PointOne Noteetc. I am referring to the computer based tools that you use daily to make your marketing life easier. Thank you.
  2. Garrett, I know right? I am a victim of that myself. The more I familiarize myself with a face or brand, the more prone I am to follow them into anything. I also have a particular sponsor that shares profits quite generously and now I find myself joining things that she suggests. Funny how the human mind works.
  3. InternetBubba, I have found that traffic exchanges work very well with a cumulative effort. I'd advise becoming a member of many, making sure that you're tracking your success in each one. You need to know which ones are efficient so you're not wasting time and money. There are tons of them out there, but there are several that work really well. Also, you need a system that will build your downlines in all of the ones that work well for you. This way you are earning credits in a passive manner. With little to no budget traffic exchanges work.
  4. Do you give things away to them? Things like credits, advertising, and (even) money. Do you periodically share with members of your downline? If so, what are your objectives for doing so? Thanks.
  5. I cannot stress enough how important it is to do this. In the beginning it will seem like a tedious job, but over time you will find just how worthy it was to do. The mere organization alone is enough to buy you more sane days when you are marketing. Please set your labels up. PS... This also helps you tremendously on the go. If you use your mobile smart phone to market then label your thousands of emails help dearly.
  6. How many websites do you surf each day in traffic exchanges? Assuming that you surf each day. Explain why that is your number. Thank you.
  7. Maybe that most have an obsession with their number of "friends" and "followers." Whether it's just a social resume to them or they want to make sure that they can reach out to you in any way they can.
  8. Which ones do you like, or have no problems investing in? Hoot Suite Buffer Tweet Deck etc.
  9. For those of you that are affiliates of some of the best and most reputable PTCs, could you share with us some of your tactics to boost your success with them? Are you focusing more on referring others, or on viewing ads (thus earning manually)? What percentage of each do you do, and how often? Thank you all.
  10. I don't post on there each day, and I keep it local. I also do not use a blatant tracking link there. (This seems to bring out the flag police) I may only post a few ads in the Biz Opps category each week. It's a very sensitive site, however there are things you can do (especially with the headlines) to get your ads to stick. Definately use Craigslist, though. It still works. Don't mislead, don't over do it, but keep it consistent.
  11. Do any of you send out broadcasts to your subscribers while they are in the middle of receiving the automated follow up messages? Does your autoresponder make this possible, or does it not matter to you?
  12. Paul, I thought your face looked familiar! Ya know, one of the main reasons why I support S.O.T.A.M. is the fact that you're based in Florida.
  13. What makes your favorite autoresponder stand out from the rest? Don't be shy - boast a little.
  14. Hi. I was just sparking an important topic for those of you that like to advertise on Facebook. How much do you typically invest on a campaign each day? Thank you.
  15. Have you never been captivated by an ad in a safelist? They exist because they work. It helps to brand you effectively at the VERY least. Especially for those that do not have a big budget. Safelists are worthwhile. But it should not be your only source of marketing.
  16. Because your time left on earth will always be your most valuable asset. Buy those credits.
  17. I am really impressed with the product State of the Art Mailer provides. It's a very active community and steady growth. SOTAM consistently gets you click throughs by using a system that seems to control outgoing emails by members. I've been keeping track so that I could find the best safelist mailers. Periodically I share the ones that are currenly working the best for me. I find that the key is to spread out your credits over a period of time.
  18. I really, REALLY like Aweber, however I adore the compensation plan of Trafficwave.net MUCH better. While TW does not have all the bells and whistles of Aweber, I'm more concerned with being able to use my email marketing software provider as ANOTHER serious income stream. But don't get me wrong, Aweber is excellent.
  19. I like to collect the names of my prospects. It's a good point of reference (to me). If a prospect refuses to submit the name, then so be it. Some will, some won't. If they want to information bad enough it won't be a problem.
  20. I actually do not visit Facebook each day. If you're not careful it can trap you. But each day I will usually visit... Backpage and Craigslist to promote my programs directly. Viral Mail Profits to send out safelist emails. Just Retweet to share blogger content. Click Track Profit discover new ways to earn. Gmail to earn safelist credits.
  21. Keep that opt in form far north on the page as possible. Don't use videos or any "heavy" graphics to slow the load of the page. Solve a problem of your target demographic in the headline.
  22. What are some proven strategies that you use to get your brand across to the masses and grow large numbers of followers? Since Instagram lacks that textual concept we have all learned to get used to with social media, this creates a learning curve for most. How much of your marketing schedule to you invest on Instagram marketing?
  23. I love email marketing! I haven't met too many business owners that don't like it. In fact, I've met more business owners that discount email marketing than those that actually don't like it. Email technology is quite trendy and sources project the usage of it to be astronomical in just a few years. It's an efficient way to reach the masses (provided that you own a list) unlike direct mail. That stuff you find in your post box from time to time is a total hit and miss. Most people won't even read that stuff - because it was relatively random. Funny how brick and mortar companies can "spam" my post box but spam complaints can arise from email. You can't knock the automation of email marketing. But again you should have your own list of folks that agreed to get communication from you.
  24. I find that solving the problems of a typical internet marketer is good strategy. Since they are there only for traffic to their own sites, why not promote tools that provide that. Also, promoting splash pages and squeeze pages that load quickly. If you have a minimal budget, traffic exchanges are a good option for traffic. You have to build downlines in those things, though. You want consistent, cumulative, traffic across MANY exchanges - but the results are methodical.
