James' account at Zubee Zone now seems to have been deleted. Not sure if he did that himself or whether JB did it for him.

Joining 200 TEs isn't going to get you any referrals. Using those TEs will over time. Better to focus your efforts though, rather than spreading your effort out over too many.

I don't like them, but I think the terms for my sites allow a maximum of one. However I was thinking of changing this to not allowing them at all.

Sounds like the scammer did a bit of research before targeting you. That seems to be getting more common these days.
-
I think they are called "List Ads". Go to "My List Ads" and you should be able to add one.

Whatever the outcome at Zubee Zone, I think it is going to take a while, at least until early next year.

what are the reason you choose the Traffic Exchange?
cristinz replied to WizAbilities's topic in PTC & Traffic Exchanges
There are a lot of factors - results, reliability and trustworthiness of the owner, look and feel, how enjoyable it is to surf etc. Games can make it interesting, but the quality of these varies. If the game is too slow/long it becomes more if a hindrance than an encouragement.- 12 replies

James shouldn't be running a TE. He seems to have absolutely no idea what he is doing, and doesn't have the resources to get through the start up period.

Really? A "payment crisis"? Talk about an overreaction. Problem yes, crisis no.

PTC Sites that don't pay as promissed
cristinz replied to Garrett Hutsko's topic in PTC & Traffic Exchanges
Did you seriously think they were going to pay you $2,288 for a few clicks?!? To earn that much legitimately on a PTC would involve clicking on around 900,000 to 1,000,000 ads. Any site that offers to pay you $2 is obviously a scam. How on earth would they generate enough income to pay that much? No one is going to buy clicks from a PTC for $2 per click. -
I haven't heard from Dwight for a while. He used to be quite active.

Mailers, are they getting you results?
cristinz replied to Heath Miles's topic in Safelists, Mailers, Autoresponders
I find that they work, but the results are mixed depending on the mailer. -
Looks like they didn't renew their domain or forgot to. Either way the site is down.
-
Donkey Mails is the only one I have used. Has been paying reliably for many years.

The whole point of the timers is to make sure that the ad gets seen. So what's the point complaining about the timer not starting until the site has loaded? How can you be looking at the ad if it hasn't loaded?

Why I dont buy into the safelist and TEs
cristinz replied to decksharp1's topic in Safelists, Mailers, Autoresponders
The new ones that sell lifetime memberships, especially really cheap, are the most likely ones to disappear. There are a lot of sites that have been around for many years. -
Thanks

What About Traffic Monsoon?
cristinz replied to KarriDaltonHull's topic in Scams, Rip-offs, and More
I can tell you now, it won't be back. And I'd be very surprised if the owner didn't end up in prison. It was an out-and-out ponzi scheme. -
I think all of those programs had to get special permission - PayPal reviewed their business model and approved it. Generally, multiple tiers of commissions are against their TOS.

Traffic Exchanges? Useful or Waste of Time?
cristinz replied to Kurt Tasche's topic in PTC & Traffic Exchanges
Earning zubee coins is nice, but if that's all you're doing on TEs then that seems like an ineffective use of time. You should be earning more money from the advertising on the traffic exchanges than what you can get from collecting zubees. You should be earning zubee coins AND using the TEs for advertising.- 96 replies

iF it's new. how can it seem like it's staying for the long term?
-
Was not a scam, just ran foul of PayPal's terms and conditions - or at least how PayPal is interpreting them at the moment.
-
As a general rule, I would stay well clear of anything involving revenue sharing. The fact that it has paid so far means nothing. Ponzi schemes work that pay - using new money to pay old debts. The more important question is where is the money coming from?

What do you love more PTC or TE?
cristinz replied to zubeecollector's topic in PTC & Traffic Exchanges
Used both for many years. Definitely prefer TEs
