  1. I believe I've used their support once and it was pretty quick. 4 days is a long time, maybe you should try to contact them again.
  2. I'm talking about the exit popups that prompt you if you're sure you want to leave, are one those allowed in most traffic exchanges or banned? I don't use them myself, just wondering what the general consensus is?
  3. As the title asks, what sites do you find yourself visiting daily.. whether it is related to marketing online or not.. and why do you visit them so often? (Besides facebook of course, am I right?)
  4. Happy to hear that, welcome back Kathy!
  5. I'm wondering who is/isn't using a link shortener or tracker and why? If you were to choose one, what are must have features? What are things you'd like to see?
  6. Yep! It's a good resource.. have you used it to fill in downline builder IDs?
  7. Points are used for email ads, so you can promote your own product or affiliate product and get signups/sales.
  8. Hi, and welcome to the forum, please check out these two topics first: http://www.marketingcheckpoint.com/topic/342-what-is-marketingcheckpoint/ and http://www.marketingcheckpoint.com/topic/359-community-rules/ Then feel free to browse the forums to read topics and provide your input, as well as to ask any questions. You will earn mailing points for your posts which can be spent under the Mail > Send Mail menu. See you around!
  9. You can use google to search for lists, for example enter this into the search box but replace with any keywords: site:twitter.com inurl:lists for example search using: site:twitter.com inurl:lists marketing to find lists that use the keyword marketing I'm curious how you would use these lists though?
  10. I guess the question that has to be asked is what is the promised payout? If the payout for each package (to members) is higher than the cost of the product, then it is not sustainable because the company would be losing money. If they are just paying out a portion of the revenue from the sales then it is not a ponzi. I haven't looked that closely into TrafficMonsoon.
  11. Delays in the timer finishing could be because of database issues, depends on the site I guess.
  12. Thanks very much! Yea, I've been busy promoting all my other sites but I am focusing more on promoting Marketing Checkpoint now too.
  13. Hey Karri, Thank you! We started the original concept in 2009, but we tried a lot of different platforms/revisions before finally landing on a forum like this. If you don't get it right the first time.. try try again, right?
  14. Yea they must have heard that he was shutting it down and they decided to acquire it instead. They probably want everyone to restart their upgrades, which makes sense because otherwise you'd still be paying Matt.
  15. All banner impression packages have been tripled, so instead of 5,000 impressions you will now get 15,000 for LESS the price. This an exceptional deal. To see the packages go here. After your order, I will quickly approve your banner and it will enter rotation. You can see the stats ( impressions and clicks ) by going to Purchases tab founder under the Client Area and then clicking on the product name.
  16. I've now increased the amount of mailing points you earn for each forum post to a massive 250 points! It's the same for all membership levels. Before this, the max you could earn was 30 and that was with double points for posts which we were giving to active posters. I've removed the double points because I feel it is unnecessary, and much easier to say everyone earns 250 points per post! With the 15-30 points per post it would take someone much longer to earn enough points to send a mailing. Now there will be more mailing volume, but it also means you can earn your own sends much easier. Upgraded members still get the benefit of not requiring mailing points to send their mailings. The upgraded level is also changing. I am removing the Gold level until we grow to support a higher volume of free sends for that level. The only upgrade that will be available now is the silver membership, which can send a FREE mailing to 1200 members every 48 hours. Any additional you can reach with points. All members also earn more points for every email ad you read - you will be randomly given between 30 to 60 points per email ad you read. What do you think of this change? Let me know!
  17. A lot of sites definitely launch and slowly die off so you need to watch for that. As for enough mails, people see that differently... I don't think that you should necessarily be able to earn a full mailing by reading mails for a day, there needs to be a good incentive to upgrade too and usually the fewer mails means higher results for those mails.
  18. Hi Glen, I found this review on it that pretty much sums it up. http://aworkathomejobs.com/lead-lightning-review-for-7-how-can-you-call-it-a-scam It looks decent, but if you keep buying each level up to $500 plus monthlies that's an insane amount of output for only getting a little training and the same system to promote. Definitely overpriced for what you're paying for, it is just designed to make money and not provide value.
  19. You mean it is less now or was less before? I'm seeing great traffic from safelists still.
  20. Just got an email from Matt Baker, he is closing ListViral. It's too bad he could not make it work.
  21. I've seen a number of people promoting MyAdvertisingPays, which looks just like a number of other ponzi schemes that got shut down over the years and people lost a lot of money (remember AdSurfDaily?). Just because it's paying now doesn't make it legitimate.. if they rely on new investments to pay off older ones, it's still a ponzi and will eventually come to an end.
  22. Do you still use firefox at all? If not, you should just uninstall it, that should stop it.
  23. I haven't deleted any posts except spam posts, Pretty sure that's the same for Matt, so nobody would have removed that...and nobody else has privileges to delete posts. I have no problem if you name sites/names and your experience with them, that is part of having a discussion.
  24. Pretty sure they are gone for good.
