  1. Thank you for your support Darren! And thank you to everyone in the awesome MC community who's joined us!
  2. Those and many more by the same owner. You can see this lovely list here: http://www.tombrown-online.com/
  3. Yes, these would be Robert Puddy's words in the member's area (interesting humor ). Please note: to be a registered affiliate for Tezzermail you must fill out your profile completely INCLUDING choosing a payment processor and adding the correct payment email for that processor. Failure to do so will mean no affiliate payments will be added to your account and Tony and I will be taking our wives out to dinner on you.
  4. Hi MC community I highly recommend this brand new launch from Land Marketing! I've been using sites by these great people since 2011 and they've always performed well for me. Its pro only. This means serious like minded marketers reading your mails. Memberships start from less than $10 for lifetime. My advice is to get in fast, and use that mailer as much as your membership allows. Join here: http://lmpromailer.com/?rid=6 Thank you - Clare Bowen
  5. The site was never created to last. The owner, Simon Chappell likes to launch sites with lifetime upgrades, make his profit, and then take them offline. If Yellow Brick Mails is gone, then it was only online for 6 months. He also owned the following sites - all gone: www.iGot-Mails.com www.Lordofthemailers.com www.iGot-Visitors.com www.iGot-Traffic.com www.iGot-Sales.com www.iGot-Money.com All gone. So bad
  6. Laur's answer is good, and I agree. There are people who use viral mailers daily, and some of us have been doing so for years. This wouldn't be the case if they didn't work. Also, I for one have signed up for a lot over the years through mails from viral mailers. Adchiever, since you mention it, tops my list this month for sign ups. So heeding the comment above, its a good one to persist with :-)
  7. I think its one of the better programs to promote. I found the hosting a bit limited for the busy team site that I had on it, and the higher paid membership still wasn't going to be enough regarding that. But for helping new marketers build their business online, the tools are good enough for a decent start, and the compensation plan is good if you work with the program and help your referrals to learn the tools and how and where to promote.
  8. yay! Thank you Steve, I hope it serves you well :-) Just want to also thank the Marketing Checkpoint community in general, and Darren and Tommie. We have many great members with us that came from here :-)
  9. Just over 1000 active members and growing :-) Yes, you saw right. All members receive a once off bonus of 1000 credits at Harmony Mails by using the promo code: Balance
  10. I also go with domain first and then build my sites Good luck with your new site Ray, great move!
  11. Thanks for asking :-) I need to expand a bit more than a few words just to clarify the type of site first. Harmony Mails is a free member to member advertising program which focuses primarily on email marketing in the online home business industry (a safelist). Its credit based, and members use credits to promote their businesses, and in turn are able to earn same by viewing the promotional emails of fellow members. What makes us better than many sites which do the same thing is how the process is managed. I make it easy for all members to earn their credits and promote their opportunities, without compromising the quality of the service as a whole. All members also have affiliate privileges and can can earn commissions from sales when promoting Harmony Mails itself.
  12. Hi Bruno :-) I'll just comment here, because I agree with you for the most part. Members should be free to mail as long as they have credits and they are not required to click on the day. I feel that if a member has earned or purchased their credits, they should not be hampered in using them according to the terms set by their member level (amount of members they can mail, and how often). And I'm also irritated when I come across forced clicks. However, in my mailer, I have set all free members to need to read 5 emails before posting, on the first 3 days of each month only. This is when upgraded members receive their bonus credits, and the mailer gets really busy. I have no priority set for member level's mail delivery because credits earned or purchased, or received by upgrade hold the same value in my mind. I admit also, that some members who receive monthly bonus credits at RF, mail with them every month, but had never clicked an email before in my site are now required to read 10 before mailing. I don't believe any tactic like forced clicks or awarding very low credits for email reading to pressure members to upgrade is a good thing.
  13. Yep, thanks for the warning Paul. I have an anti-miner add-on which is supposed to prevent sites from doing this when I visit them. According to the stats, since I installed it, its blocked these 1155 times. Its only a matter of time....
  14. The mailer here at Marketing Checkpoint is on fire. Really great results lately, my best so far this month
  15. Thanks Tommie! :-) Its my mission to provide more and more value to our members through growth, and there's no stopping :-) By the way, we have 3 new sign ups in just a few days from this mailer here at Marketing Checkpoint ;-)
  16. I think we can assume that Manfred Celik or Manfred Gengel, whatever he chose to go by and for whatever reason, is gone for now. His numberous sites have been offline for some months now, along with the money owing members for sales they made. This includes sites that had been recently launched. My conclusion is that he's a scam artist and if anyone sees sites from him again, beware.
  17. Hi everyone I'm not new, but I'd like to say hi to all the MC community, warm and friendly welcome to new members, and a BIG thanks to Darren for this awesome place of sharing and learning. Also to both Darren and Tommie, as well as all our friends who post here, for all the support and advice and for being so nice always Have a great holiday season, Christmas, and New Year.
  18. I spend more time with mailers, but I use both Traffic Exchanges and mailers daily. I find the two types of traffic are different because quite a lot of traffic exchange users don't use mailers and vice versa. Daily use of the same sites strengthens branding and builds trust through recognition, so I have some that I focus more on. Traffic exchanges where I always make sure I have credits assigned, are Trend Trax Pro and GlobalHits2U. Traffic Swirl is also still great. Keeping with the topic. Trend Trax Pro has 6 second timer for free members, and shorter for upgraded, GH2U, I'm not sure for free, I'm pro upgrade on a 4 second timer.
  19. I'm not top in sales myself, others are better than me :-) but my business is to provide free traffic, and traffic makes up the most of what I've promoted over the last years online. Assuming from your other posts, you use Traffic exchanges and Mailers to promote, I can advise that you upload an image to gravatar (this is used in most traffic sites). This image will be your profile pic and will make you more recognizable to others over the longer term. Some people stress the importance of using your own personal picture, but others succeed well with an image that is not themselves, but represents them or what they do online. I feel that its also important to take care to research carefully what you promote, before you promote it, so that you build a good and trustworthy reputation.

    PROFATCAT

I'm not a member of ProFatCat, but I put your question to some friends (I lead a team and questions like this are of concern to me). This is what I've been told by one. He is a lifetime upgraded member and reached the minimum payout for upgraded members of $10 some 3 years ago, but wasn't paid (he now has over $30 in commissions sitting there). Since then, the minimum payout has been pushed up to $50.
  21. Darren is great, I think the best mailer owner in the business. Everything about the way that he runs his sites is about keeping them effective for his members. Ensuring only active members are receiving emails, making it possible to read the emails on the sites themselves, without compromising the quality of the emails, the tireless promotion of his sites, incentives and rewards with real value to members, credits in mails have value and aren't drowned out by super solos, these are some examples. Really someone who cares about his sites and the members they serve. Regarding the mailers in the original post, Bweeble and Mail Our List have been quite good to me, but I use them more often than the others :-)
  22. Oh dear Manfred If you have any updates, I'm sure the community would like to know. Will all these sites of yours be back online again?
  23. You're right :-) I still classify them differently for my own use though. I have four parent folders for mailers - TAEs, LFMVMs, Safelists and a folder that I call Listbuilders (yes, I know lol), but I made those without worrying what others might think of my labels and really its based on script for me. The LFMVM folder came after the other three when those launched and I had name it then, "new script mailers". I've just recently gone through all my filters and cleaned out many dead sites. Also switched a number of sites from one folder to another as they've converted to a different script.
