This was posted in our team forum at Zubee Zone this morning. I, myself am not a member of Adiphy: Direct copy/paste: Apr 8th, 2:03 AM adiphy.com is not paying I reached cashout $50 and requested, and it was changed to invalid. Sent support ticket no answer, posted a question asking why on their facebook page (saw at least 2 others posts asking similar), and they deleted the message and blocked me from posting.

Can You Tell That I REALLY Love This Marketing Stuff?
Clare Bowen replied to captkirk's topic in Commons
I'm also like that Tommie But I noticed that some people are really good at planning and focusing and testing and reporting, refining their strategy, etc. And I think they must surely enjoy that or they'd find it hard to continue online. This is a tough business to stay in if you're not having fun -
I understand this, and its even worse in my case because of my disorganized ways But last year my terrible ancient laptop died. And my other terrible one, not soon after (I just had to keep them alive until they were really, no more, that's typical of me). Now I have a new pc. Its already a bit chaotic, but I avoid downloading too many things. Bitcoin blockchain takes a fair chunk of my space though Thanks also for this warning, which I suspect comes from experience

Thanks Tommie :-) You know, in this "work", there are so many ways to build on what you have, every time you write an article, or put out ads, every referral you add, every connection you make is a step forward. And time is really the only real limit on how much of this you can do. Taking the time to organize things is good for the overall health of your business though, and this is the lesson I've learned. I'm not afraid to show my weaknesses to others if I think it will help them to do better

Oh my gosh, it almost seems as impossible when it comes to the email story :-) I have a plan though, and I've started already. I've almost emptied my main inbox, and brought my volume down by 3% (now 95%). Its been a big task because I do everything from this email, not only marketing stuff, there's a lot that I can't chance wiping out by accident. Next, I will create my new folders similar to the ones that I did for bookmarks (as you've advised), and then go one by one through my filters and clear their settings, and then I'm just going to have to send them all in the right direction as they hit my inbox, creating new sub folders as I go and deleting all the credit mails until its under control. Does this sound viable to you, or do you think there is a better way. I have a massive amount of incoming mail. Thank you for your time ps. I hope I don't seem tricky. I really did post this thread originally to try and help new marketers, but its turning out that I'm also motivated to put my stuff right for once and for all (something I vowed to do before the new year started)

When I had time to compete in referral contests, I joined a lot of Text Ad Exchanges, and I took the time to go and add every single ad available to me in my "free ad pack". Banners, traffic links, hot links, login ads, ptc links, all of it. I was getting referrals months after the contests finished. In some of those sites, you can get maybe a handful of clicks on a solo ad, but the other ads stay in them for ages. Also, I loved using solo header and footer ads. I'd either upgrade and use credits for those (once off upgrades are normally cheap in those sites and come with a monthly ad pack too), or I'd just buy them. In some of those TAEs, those ads were set to rotate for the number of clicks on them, not for the amount of times they were viewed, and those were particularly attractive to me. I'm hoping to clear all the backlog that developed over the year when I concentrated almost solely on Zubee listed sites, and go through my files and revisit the TAEs that have survived (if any), to see how they're working these days.

Just to add something here, which I find interesting. There are still a few members who are actively going out of their way to collect coins. Not all the coins, but some. Most likely they're doing this for the benefit of the team more than anything. But what is interesting, is that these members are the ones that I would consider some the most likely to upgrade in TEs (not to earn more from surfing or rewards, but from promoting).

I think its more than just about the cash. Not everyone is running after that small amount that you could get by trade on the market. If Zubee Zone had made a timely transition to alternatives on the marketplace, had provided some sort of alternative excitement to the site and the owner had been more present and active in keeping owners and members updated, it would have retained the interest of more members and owners than it has, even though it would not be close to as much as before. The initial shock needed time to wear off. Word is that John the owner, has been sick again and had surgery. People are still collecting though, and there will always be members going in there, as long as at least Traffic Swirl still has coins. So far, over 60% of our team of 500+ members has claimed at least one coin this week.

I'm not a fan of surfing, which is ironic I guess, since I lead a surfing team :-) I have and will always be a mailer girl at heart :-) Anyway, I started online with TEs and by far the best opportunities have come to me though "social surfing" - teams, interactive games etc. I made many great contacts early online at a TE called Trafficera, which I no longer use because I now use Traffic Swirl for this instead (most of my team are using it). Once you get to know people, they learn to trust you, and you do better. So branding and networking, and through that, results start to come in the form of sign ups. At least that's how it worked out for me :-)

Thank you very much for this info Aditya

Well, my Look at Later Folder is rather huge, but I have now created my folders and sub folders and moved everything I know I want to keep into them. Deleted a lot of bookmarks. And now, I'm on my way to getting organized. Its really an awesome feeling I'm motivated

oooh, lol, thank you There was one site that was doing it every few days with familiar icons, or maybe it was my browser as you say. Its not anymore though. It stopped doing that. And the one from yesterday disappeared not long after asking this question. Trust me to see any irregularity and let my curiosity run with it

Mr Clean, where have you been all my (online marketing) life. I wish I'd met you years ago I'm going to come back this afternoon and spend much more time reading through your great reply. There's a wealth of experience, advice and info in there, thank you so much. I'm very grateful to you for this.

I Did Everything Wrong From The Gurus and Experts Standpoint...
Clare Bowen replied to captkirk's topic in Commons
Tommie, you have a light that just shines where ever you go. You're unique, and I'm pretty sure that if you had to write a book all about your work online, still no one would be able to imitate you successfully, or even come close. They would learn good and interesting ideas and approaches, but there will only ever be one Captkirk I tend to think that some people enter marketing looking for a plan to follow, and some enter and just make their way as they go, learning and experimenting. I guess it depends on the personality of the marketer. -
Sometimes when surfing on one site, I'll see different site identity icons in my browser. Sometimes they seem to match another site, owned by someone else. For example, today I am surfing at a traffic exchange, and its site identity icon is the same as the usual one for Ant Surf. I assume there is a reason (benefit) for doing this. Is it SEO related? Or? Just curious if anyone knows because we have a WP site which allows a site identity icon.

Hi everyone When I first started online, I had no idea that I'd be joining and getting involved in so many different programs. You can have a handful of income programs, but its incredible the amount of resources you gather and use. Traffic sites, downline builders in many forms, marketing tools etc. Just those 3 categories alone are a big deal in my work. And within each is often some of the other :-) Traffic sites with tools and downline builders, affiliate programs for example. Some years later, I wish I'd just started out (a lot) more organized. I have files in my email that are chaotic, and in some cases, I have huge files that I can't delete without freezing my system. For example, when the LFMVM viral mailers first came over, I started to redirect them to a file called "new script mailers". But there just came more and more and more of this type mailer. I join a lot of traffic sites. I have a similar headache with a file called "solos general". This wasn't so hard to manage, but a few months when I was offline, grew those files to hundreds of thousands of emails. My bookmarks are also in chaos, and I have many of those, my gosh, way too many. I would see something I like, bookmark, move on. Some I'd joined, and they're in among those. And then all the sites I use, but not really in great order. I have a basic bookmark file system, which I'm using now, so its going a bit better with the current stuff. Okay, admittedly, I'm on the extreme end of disorganized, but still, it would be nice if new marketers could be given some good pointers on starting and staying organized. In my case, there is no other option than to stop everything I'm doing and focus on sorting this all out, and its not going to be a small job :-) For example, this is what I'd have done differently from the start: I'd have created a much more organized filing system for my incoming mail. One that, even if I have to be away for some months, will be easy to "housekeep" I'd have created a much better bookmarking system I'd fill in downline builders as I join new sites I'd make sure my payment profiles are filled in on all sites that I use, including traffic and tool sites I'd set aside an hour or so every week for housekeeping (at this rate, I'm going to need to take a week off my work for this) I'd be saving all of my referral links for various programs that I join so that I can quickly give them out if someone needs them Fellow experienced marketers and organized newbies, if you'd share your strategies for being organized I'd really appreciate it. I know that not everyone is using the same email provider or operating system, browser etc, but still, any good advice could be helpful to someone. Thanks :-)

To update here. Shortly after I posted this, I received the same reply from the so-called "fired admin", explaining the situation, and promising to return my money to me. I have since received my money back via STP from Patricia Dauphinais (Tricia).

Hmm, reading further information obtained indirectly from the "fired admin". It appears that there was a disagreement between admins about which direction they were taking the program in. Their firing of this admin caused them to lose their domain and licensing (which she holds). I must say, her side of the story seems honest enough. I advise that anyone who doesn't want to move forward with this business which is looking very shaky at this point, but spent money, use the email address they used for their payment and try to get a refund through direct contact with email. My friend has just received a promise of a refund, but I don't want to give more details. Just try and see if you are successful. Basically, it could depend on how and when (who) you paid.

Yes, there are serious problems that have surfaced at InstantRevShare. One admin fired for alleged unprofessional conduct, and the other rumored to be in rehab because of the drama of it all. Both are holding the invested money. Existing members can check their email.

Abandoned Safelists/Mailers
Clare Bowen replied to Steve Jones's topic in Safelists, Mailers, Autoresponders
Wow, really good thread this, I need to make time and come back and read it all. I belong to a lot of sites that I didn't use for ages, and I'm still finding ones that I belonged to, even some as upgraded member but didn't know they're gone. Now when I find them offline, I'd like to know if there's more info as to when or why. One set of mailer sites, that I don't know if it was mentioned here in this thread (sorry if it was), belonged to Dawn Orr. I was upgraded 3 of them, and one in particular, Tiger Solo Ads Plus earned me a lot in commissions and ref contest prizes etc. But then the owner had relocated due to family issues and because she contacted me and explained her situation, I told her not to worry about the remaining $60 that the site owed me. But the sites still remained online. Then I was busy with other stuff and came back to her sites a couple of months ago, to find a message and video on the front page from Rina Baxter who said that all credits owed from those sites would be converted to network solos. So I contacted her, and she started sending me endless emails trying to have me meet her on skype, because she "remembers me" and to get me to buy into the new version of My Surf Biz (I was a member of the old one, but it didn't work to well for me). The new one costs something like $100 a month, which isn't really in my budget now. I ran away and never got those network solos lol -

Thanks Tommie :-) I hadn't thought of that because I didn't recognize the username, but yes, a member of ZZ :-)
